Congratulations on your little baby girl. I used to have chronically low iron and my Dr had me eat liver. It still didn't do anything. But the taste is distinctive. You are a trooper for putting it in a shake.

Oh girl, I was crying with you when you shared about the smells and being so tired and not feeing up to doing anything. I’ve always been an athlete and able to just tell my body what to do and my first pregnancy was so tough- everything smelt horrible, but I also felt so out of control and not like myself and didn’t know what to do about it. I’m so glad you were able to work through that and just choose to daily surrender- I know it was still hard but I feel like you’re great at working through the hard and seeing the reward on the other side! 🤍🤍
