passeporturbain solid. I was cautious on Hamstring because of the big crown but it was fairly old. Plenty of debris at the bottom though. This was at the tail end of our 3 week run of amazing skiing in Feb - this day hit 38°F on the summit and was t-shirt weather below treeline.
2-3 hours to Hermit Lake. Another 1.5-2 hours to the top of the bowl depending on the line you choose. Check out Time for Tuckerman for a good hiking and descent guide. Best go with a buddy if its your first time.
