August 19 cannot get here fast enough! I'm very excited to read "Adultery".

You can change the title to "Adulthood", it would still have the same meaning without distorting content.
A subtitle would also work well.
He doesn't need to change it, he just needs to stay true to himself and over time people will see its brilliance, just as they did with the alchemist. His publishers should have more faith, its obvious he is by far one of the greatest writers of all time.
