Use Gaussian elimination to find the values of a for which the equation system
x + y 2z = a +7
3xy + az = -3
-x+ay - 4z = 8
has (i) exactly solution; (ii) more than one solution; (iii) no solution.

I saw video of others they solving row columns method and taking operation like row2 - row1. Like this. Im confused which one is right?
Row transmission using upper triangulation matrix is used to solve by everyone,but you're unable to solve using that,can use this method.Itw better to solve the q by any rather leaving it (if familiar with matrix,stick to the working rule)
