- We're back with another workout video!! Your guys down at OTE stayed in the gym every day over the long weekend, so we got even more workouts coming for y'all soon.
Today Bryson Warren went up against one of your new OTE rookies Kanaan Carlyle for a tough 1v1 workout. Both of these guys are DOGS fr so they were going at it! They were working on different reads coming off the dribble hand off and ball screens. Bryson & Kanaan are two of the top guards at OTE so they gotta know how to make these reads in game situations. They had to take what the defender gave em, and they were both playing lockdown D too. Let us know if y'all work on any of these reads in your next workout!
Make sure y'all subscribe- got another workout coming this week with one of your favorite players 👀

This man didn’t correct or hold them accountable for losing the ball in warmup. What’s the point? You got to do something my guy. How they going to get better if they don’t correct errors? If the coach doesn’t coach them on it?
Because they are not perfect basketball players the whole point is to make mistakes and fix them by doing something differently your coach cannot tell you what your instincts do
@@Grahghrahffj that’s what I said. Do something differently. If the trainer is teaching, then he/she should address the errors. They want and need feedback. If what you’re saying is true, what’s the point in going to train? You can go in the backyard and mess up.
