stiff and panicked / Trak 2.0 routine

I wonder if it is possible to do a static brace with Trak using a float bag. Static brace becomes a resting position.

Yes, if you know how. I did it once, with help from a teacher -- holding a paddle though, no bag..

Next time I’ll have my euro blade with the float bag. I’m pretty sure it’s possible if I don’t panic again.
