Howard.I would like to congratulate you on 6 upcoming years of Sobriety God willing. I have found that for myself the benefits of Sobriety for me is regaining my self respect, clean & sober friendships that I've had for years and still do. I just celebrated 35 years in January at a Saturday morning Book Study Meeting in Clovis which on the 4th saturdays is birthdays. Its One Day at a Time.Thank you for sharing your Experience, Strength and Hope. I know others will benefit from what you've shared. We keep what we have by giving it away and carrying the message.
