My first day for my wash my hair is extremely curly and then the next day it's a poof. I have no idea why. And if i had water or moisture to it, it gets curly again, but idk how to keep it that way through the the week.

You should try The Mane Choice Moringa spray. It has slip and adds moisture. The first and only spray that works for me to refresh my wash and go.

Please cover how you keep single strand knots at bay. Are they just part of long natural hair and need to be trimmed it off? Thanks in advance.
I feel like single strand knots are mostly unavoidable. I don't have many but I do have some. If they get too bad, I would def suggest a trim.

You might want to try adding more product to your sections while styling. Or use products that promote stronger hold.
