seriously they went beyond anything ive ever experienced. she's lucky they did anything for her. she seems like an ignorant and greedy entitled little princess to me.
I bought a used car from a dealership no warranty a couple months after driving I had to change a whole bunch of things I called them up they told me it's an as is sale there's nothing they can do, I wish I bought my car from that dealer 🤣
And wanting a "free ride" aka fixing everything after the fact, until further notice ( forever) . its soo Unreal and it doesn't help her image one damn bit either.
This lady should not have even wasted her time trying to sue the dealership. It is clear that they went above and beyond with all of the extra things that they fixed. And for the owner to give her his wife’s own personal car...she was blessed.
Literally anything and everything she can think of, including the kitchen sink, because she has buyers remorse. It's not at all illegal to drive without the brand emblem on the car😂
"You can't drive a car without the Nissan sign". Incorrect. I remove the emblems off all my vehicles. They are not required by law. That is what tile, registragion, a tags are for- to identity the vehicle. Emblems aren't necessary.
@@Goldenmelinated that's like saying you can't use an iPhone unless the Apple logo on the back is showing. Honestly, Who cares? It doesn't look dumb. What looks dumb is worrying about something so irrelevant lol
I bought a used car with my husband and it broke down on the expressway with a new born and a toddler in it and the car place laughed at us. This man went over the top for her. She feels entitled
The dealer went way above and beyond what any other dealer would do. 'As is' is exactly what it says. If you were too lazy to get a mechanic to look it over, it's on you. Whatever happens after you drive it off the lot is now your problem.
Damn the dealer seems to be good fellas and the lady is a spoiled brat taking advantage. Lady what part of AS IS you don't understand! If you want a car with no issues, get a new car instead of crying about used car
There is good used cars out there you just got to have a mechanic look at it I will never buy a car without a mechanic looking at it I've done that before never again
Or an almost new car. If the car is 2 years old or something you expect to not have oil leaks and things but at 7 years old it's going to have some issues.
He replaced the head gasket🤦🏾♂️ alot of women don't know but the head gasket is very expensive and the dealer put a new one on....WHERE IS THIS DEALER I NEED HIM IN MY LIFE
Wow lady that dealership bent over backwards for you.I wonder how much all the work they did for free would have cost her.SMH what does she think as is means on a 7 year old car
This lady needs to look up what "as is" means. It means that if anything is wrong with the car after you buy it, YOU have to pay to get it fixed. NOT the one you bought the car from. This lady just wants someone else to pay to get the car fixed. I don't think so.
Why do people have the idea that a used car HAS TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION?! it's not the as is part that she doesn't get, it's the fact that it's supposed to be fixed and restored as if it's a refurbished cell phone. Which is why she didn't get it inspected before buying.
I can’t believe that lady sued a dealer that would go that above and beyond for a customer. It is a shame but, at times, no good deed goes unpunished. Bravo to that dealer… I wish there were more like them!!!
Wow! This dealership is worthless! They sell her a 7 year old car AS IS, sell her a warranty, and they still foot the bill for every issue, including an emblem, give her a personal car as a loaner, then have the audacity to say "No!" to giving her a new car?!! What, would they have said no to painting her house and moving it over 3 feet as well?! The poor plaintiff, I can't believe she made it through such horrible service! 🙄
As is means as is. They went above and beyond for her. She needs to stop crying and whining like a baby and try and get something for free. She should have taken her own mechanic with her.
I love cases where people who didn't bother to get a mechanic to look over a possible used car purchase (which, typically, costs $100) try to sue for problems the used car ends up having and they say, "My mechanic..." I love Judge Milan's reaction. It's so ignorant of the buyer. Learn how to buy a car and do your research. Consumer Reports, incidentally, rates used Rogue's as poor.
After all they did, she still has the nerve to sue them. And she still doesn’t get it. Also, no such thing as a lemon in used cars. I would absolutely buy a car from them. They truly went above and beyond for her.
She is completely off her rocker. A user. I think the defendant should have gotten $2000!!!!! For the owner to lend her his wife's car!!! I want to know this car company and purchase a car from him.
I am not sure the words "entitled" or "dilutional" can even come close to describe this plaintiff's views. She can not possibly believe she should get any of her demands .
Lady, you're the one that bought a used car without getting it checked out by your mechanic. This is on you. That dealership went to the moon and back.
I would’ve went to and got a car from them like they’re so willing to fix things. When you get a used car it will have issues with it. The fact they even was willing to fix the car is crazy
That dealer is in the wrong profession, he is entirely too honest and goes above and beyond and throws off the expectations of all consumers with regards to typical used car dealer behavior.
My father died and I sold his car. We had had no problems with it at all. No issues. I sold it to a used car deatler that was friend of mine, and it broke down a week later. He blamed me saying I knew. You can not at times, know when something is going to happen. Just like your own car. If you have one that drives fine one day, the next something could happen. It boggles my mind that ppl don't get that. Also, when buying a used car from ANYONE, i and you should too, always take it to a mechanic that I trust to put on the lift and give it a once over. They can tell if it has leaks or other issues and listen to the motor. They can tell if somethihng is already wrong with the car but still can't tell you the start or alternator will go out in a few weeks.
The plaintiff needs to take a class. First off the "lemon law" only applies to brand new cars not old used cars bought from a small mom and pop dealership. Also if she was that particular about the condition of the vehicle then she should have brought a mechanic with her and said, hey can you check out this car and make sure its good before I buy it. Then the mechanic would have said nope, not a good buy.
At this point she should have gotten a certified used car. She's asking for alot. Big ups to this car place for going above and beyond for her. Plus she got FREE Repairs that no other place would do. Firestone pumped her head up that she got a lemon, and probably told her all that hoping she would use them for repairs. She's ungrateful.
I have purchased 3 vehicles from my local used car dealer. He is honest and fair and he sells good reasonably priced cars 🚗. It's hard to find a good place with someone you can actually afford and trust.
In South Africa we have a consumer protection law that is standard across all purchases....this law provides the buyer 6 months in which to lodge a complaint and have a legal entity pursue the seller for refund, repair or replacement. Thank goodness!
Buyers REMORSE, you do NOT have a lemon you have a USED CAR! YOU failed to have your car inspected, and probably bought the crappiest warranty she could!! Wow!
I can’t believe she expected and got an emblem for her car when she bought it without an emblem.🤦🏻♀️ The dealership went way beyond what they should have for this lady. I feel that she was taking advantage of them while playing the victim
This lady needs to be thankful. That used dealership is one of the few rare honest places. She is delusional.
seriously they went beyond anything ive ever experienced. she's lucky they did anything for her. she seems like an ignorant and greedy entitled little princess to me.
This woman was delusional... the dealership went above and beyond for her. She should be ashamed of herself for being so ungrateful. 🤦🏾♀️
Funny how the car always becomes a lemon and junk after they have paid for them stop buying lemons and junk cars in the first place! 💯
I bought a used car from a dealership no warranty a couple months after driving I had to change a whole bunch of things I called them up they told me it's an as is sale there's nothing they can do, I wish I bought my car from that dealer 🤣

What a terrible company selling you a car and not paying your house payment, what assholes!

Omg this is exactly how she acted!

Great comment.
Right house payments should be included too lmao 🤣
I want to know the name of the dealership! This case was like a 10 minute ad for the place
OMG I would buy cars from this place all day long! You don’t get service from like this anywhere anytime anymore. 👏 way to go to this car dealership.
🙌 yes!
I know that’s right lol . Sign me up lol .
yes indeed!
What’s sad is the plaintiff still doesn’t get it 😂
U right she really don't she ignorant
She gets it. She’s just arrogant and entitled, and thinks the rules should not apply to her! The typical perpetual victim game.
That's narcissism for ya! Oh she gets it but doesn't want it to be applied to her.
@@sarahlynn7894 you have a word for people like her: narcissists

She lost me at paying for the emblem… it’s a used car as is
She lost me at the 60 min test drive and they fixed the list of recommendations from the other place
Literally anything and everything she can think of, including the kitchen sink, because she has buyers remorse. It's not at all illegal to drive without the brand emblem on the car😂
She just couldn't get it through her head that this was an "As is" sale. The owner of the dealership was so generous!
He went WAY beyond what he should have
"You can't drive a car without the Nissan sign". Incorrect. I remove the emblems off all my vehicles. They are not required by law. That is what tile, registragion, a tags are for- to identity the vehicle. Emblems aren't necessary.
Ur right it's not required to have the emblem, but the car looks dumb" without it, the emblem is a symbol that of that particular vehicle
@@Goldenmelinated Huh? lol
Why do you remove the emblems by choice?
