Just got it today and for the most part, I love it. Like you, I struggled with that zipper, but finally figured out how to work it. In my opinion, they need to put a strap that clips together for the suit/blazer section of the bag. Overall, can’t wait to see what it’s about next weekend.
Did you get the standard or premium? The premium one seems to fix a lot of issues the standard one has. I need to get my hands on their new version. Which Version do you have? How are you liking it?
I have purchased the Bukere Garment Duffle for the very reason you stated. I couldn't be comfortable with open gaps on my luggage. The Bukere has a huge shoe bag build-in on one side, and several outside easy access pockets as well as some inside organization pockets. The shoulder strap does have a padded sleeve, but when filled the bag is heavy. I have purchased a separate padded sleeve to swap out, but haven't switched it out as of yet.
Yah I think that's just the Achilles heel for any duffel... You can load it up with a lot.. but even with padding it will fatigue you eventually. But love these seamless garment bag options 🤙
Dope review, thanks! As a DJ, I’ve been looking for something compact & efficient to carry my “lifting heavy ass speakers” outfit with my “dapper DJ/host” suit/formal wear, haha. What packing cubes did you use with the bag, or recommend to use with the bag?
Haha good to see you in the comments again ali... Trying to be back as much as I can.. work is not cooperating tho 😩. Constantly been shooting, but just limited time to sit down and edit 👎
Absolutely...I've taken this on small hoppers where "first class" has smaller overhead space and it fits fine... Can definitely fit under the seat too as long as your don't have a ton of hard items in it.
That is the level8 voyageur! That particular one is the check in bag and I did a full review on it as well (ua-cam.com/video/-_TD-k8eU2Q/v-deo.html)! They recently made a carry on version of the the voyageur as well if youre looking for something smaller.
So say you’re a woman who overpacks for a ski trip 😂 Do you think someone could use this as a ski bag and use jacket part of this bag and fit a ski jacket in there? Possibly use this as a ski bag and then other luggage for all the other overpacking 😬
Yeah for sure you should be able to carry your ski gear in it. Depending how puffy your ski outfit is, it may or may not be ideal for the suit compartment. On your ski trips do you travel with your skis or do you just rent?
@@UtmostCoin When I ski, I typically rent. I don't have to worry too much about packing the skis thankfully. My newer ski jacket is a bit on the slimmer side/mild puff so I can probably do that and maybe some bulky winter clothes and my winter boots in here! (When I was watching your review, I felt this bag may be handy to take all the puffy winter clothes out of my other luggage and give me more space essentially) Either way this was super helpful, and this is moving up my list as a potential ski /quick work trip/weekend wedding bag. Thanks again!
All this bag is missing is wheels, i fit tons of stuff in there , stuffed it to the hilt so it was a hassle to carry on my shoulder..how this company still hasn't added a wheeled option baffles me..lazy company imo
Duffels aren't really supposed to have wheels. And would an awkward implementation. If you're looking for wheels, a roller bag would be a better option.

Got mine . Will be testing it out on my business flight Tuesday. I like it already
How'd the business trip go?

Good review. Especially the comparison to the other garment bags in the beginning.
Glad it was helpful! ✌️

Any should work - I like the packing cubes from Level8 (amzn.to/3LIUcZH) and Bagail (amzn.to/3LoHuOE)
@@UtmostCoin Dope, thanks for the recommendations!
I just used mine for the first time today. It took a bit to figure out how to zip it I was surprised at how much is in the duffle.
yeah it can fit a ton! Halfday has also made some bag improvements since this review. I hope you were able to pick up the newer version!
Yo what coincidence! I just checking in on your channel again! Lol nice to have you back!
What's up champion!

What is the yellow roller carry-on when it shows you traveling with the Halfday?

👍Thank you 💝
Really glad the vid was helpful to you :)
Nice!
Samica found a dope bag!
Can this bag be considered as a personal item as opposed to a carry on bag?
Gonna depend on your airline of choice. I've used this as a personal item on Delta. it fits under the chair so no issue.
Did it keep your dress shirts wrinkle free?
Not completely for longer haul travel, but does a good job to prevent hard creases
