Their playing is extraordinary. They both feed off each other's playing. You tubers....how lucky we are to be able to see performances like this in our homes amid a pandemic. It enriches our souls and heals our body!
I first heard Bireli back in the late eighties when he played with Stochelo Rosenberg and Fappy Lafertine. He was great then and still is. Joscho amazes me with his precision, speed, clarity and musicianship. Together and individually they have entertained me before and during Covid.

No words. They are both out of this world. I saw Bireli several time in concert. I do not understand how this guy is playing guitar like that. He is not playing, he is just painting music. Joscho is just walking on the water, incredible style. They made my day.

Bireli is at a whole other level and his use of space is the mark of pure artistry.
yes, it seems he think more to enjoy the magic of music and sound rather then techincal virtuosism. but he is also older and maybe he had enough of steril virtuosism. anyway i love Joscho as well. he is a super genius too, i'm sure he will get more calm and more able to put virtuosism ego away in the years. love them both

@@marcobattistini6540 I know it seems that way, but the smartest way to play in a duo is to find different roles. I think they complement each other perfectly, because they’re playing different styles, and are doing it on purpose.
I’ve seen a lot of players who value virtuosity over beauty - the late Joey DeFrancesco comes to mind, sadly - and I find great lyricism and beauty in both players.
Two master guitar players going at it. Sublime the level of skills and knowledge of an instrument. A gift to anyones ears.
Wow, I'm awestruck. They took that song in so many directions, corridors of the imagination, it completely blew my mind.

It's pretty enjoyable to see how Bireli has stepped into "Less is More" stage and Joscho challenging the technical limits.

Truly a one of a kind performance. I have heard this melody many times but never ever as explored by these two incredible musicians. Joscho and Bireli outdid themselves on this which is nothing short of sublime and pure guitar chemistry. Swapping solos and showing us viewers so many different sides to it. I could listen to this for hours. Not only are they each amazing musicians in their own right, but they complement each other so well. Joschko loves technical experimentation and funky rythms while Bireli is a seasoned and melodic player whose rythm guitar is out of this world.

Bireli is a good guitarist but Joscho is incredibly great. He never skipps a beat always on point.
No one is better than Bireli... Joscho plays a lot like Bireli did 20 years ago. Bireli may be showing his age a bit, but he is also laying back a bit here in order to make great, noncompetitive music.
