@@KennyIsaBop when you are married, you should use your married name if thats the name on your marriage certificate. If beneficiary is applying for AOS , yes he/she should use married name (name on marriage certificate). 😊

@@KennyIsaBop when you filed for marriage license it gave you an option what name or lastname to use. It should be stated on the marriage certificate too. Well you have the option to use your own lastname in all your documents. But if you want to change it to husbands lastname, I’m not really sure how to do that. For now, when filling out the forms for his AOS just use your current legal name.

Then i have to wait again coz ut should be uploaded to CEAC? Correct? Im confused. Coz i have for 130 on my hand for joint sponsorship. But which is which to use for k1 visa? Thank you for your help

Usually sabihin nila sayo yan during the interview kung anong form kulang or hihingin. Or naka indicate sa 221g letter kung anong form. Then e send mo yan sa embassy address sis, Im not sure paano e download sa CEAC kasi., 😊

What do you mean mag medical sis? Are you filing for AOS sis? No need mag medical unless you were required by uscis specifically. You can use the form 3025 from SLEC to submit your medical results sis. That form is valid. 😊
