When Cobb went to houston the were very questionable especially out of nowhere and to be his age I woulda thought twice also. no player coulda predicted Houston’s huge blow up after hop was traded. And no one was gonna predict Houston’s crazy turn around recently

That’s why Green Bay didn’t offer him anything. Signed after his first 4 and fell off from injures

The D-Hop trade was for a 2nd rounder not 4th. Still a terrible trade

There's a lot of upside in being a non-profit, non-family-owned team. Group decision-making means less vanity decisions by narcissistic owners like Jerry Jones, or the wrecking of an organization by one coach (Bill O'Brien). But you also lose the human touch in handling trades.

Leage of linemen. No QB can have success without a solid line. Some teams like Colts have tried it. They got their QBs injured. The Bengals thought so as well. Smooth Joe has been knocked for a good chunk of the season multiple times. The team is only as good as the linemen on both sides of the ball.

@xnvaznx I cringe whenever I hear idiots say it's about the QB. Ok, the 1 position that needs 10 other guys to do their job is the most important. If you have bad WRs, the QB can't make them catch the ball. Bad linemen, the QB must have a half second release which are short dig and arrow routes. Otherwise, he will be on IR. RB might be the only position a QB doesn't heavily rely on. Even still, if teams know you're passing the balls, they're passing rushing which leads to more hits and sacks, even with a good O-line. The QB is the final piece to the puzzle to make a team good. But, they're certainly not the ultimate piece.
