I'm glad to see a human side of Randall. In the chaos of last season, it was too easy to villainize him. He's a good dude and good energy, I see why he vibes with Rodgers. I am tremendously excited for this year.

What makes 2023 such a frustrating season is that the Jets GENUINELY had a solid defense and held guys like Mahomes to just 23 points. To say that Zach Wilson didnt cement himself into the biggest bust in Jets history at QB is a massive understatement. I feel for Rodgers and Cobb and Hall and GW and others. Then again, the Jets offense was one of the worst in the NFL by a long shot.

    • @DeckofLies

In this very video he explains how much that season and the opportunity meant to both of them collectively, a culmination of manifesting it for a decade, countless hours, days, weeks of their lives spent working tirelessly to prepare for the season.
And in an instant right as it began, it was all ripped away, just like losing a loved one. “It felt like a loved one died” is a perfectly valid description to how crushing that was to them both. But I know you just itch to critique people whenever you can to make yourself feel smart.

Truly amazing that the Jets draft and sheepdip a young QB, then trade for Rodgers, and not bother to build a decent O-line.
