Actually for me I didn't find the lighting very good tho, and I think it's better with original lighting still a great video NGL accidents like this can happen :)
If they have a gas stove top they could have still cooked! Or an outdoor grill. In one of my previous houses we once lost power for 3 days in November, but were still able to cook on our gas stove top and run our gas fireplace. Just needed a lighter for the stove and to put batteries in the fireplace starter. Between the kitchen and the fireplace we stayed warm enough to manage.

Honestly I'm so glad you continued. Really the light isn't bad. It's almost like a romantic dark vibe. I usually eat when I watch/cook asmr and mukbung videos and I enjoyed it. Everything looked great and so wish I could have tried that sauce 🤤
I actually really liked this lighting. It really showed off the true colors of the food and it looked even more delicious. The super bright lights sometimes washes out the colors and everything looks dull. But this is great.
