My heart hurts in the best of ways every time I watch this short film. Stefania Spampinato and Meghann Plunkett created a masterpiece. An ode to womanhood and motherhood that will make you look at your mother in a different light.
You can feel the love and nostalgia in every piece of this film. The voice, the words, the memories portrayed in the scenes.

This is pure gold. This is a materpiece, a short film you will always want to have in your night desk next to bed. Absolutely beautiful, from the warm image to the narrative, Stefania's voice leading us to feel every word, not just listen, but feel and understand. Ten minutes of being inside her short but heartwarming story. Ten minutes of being in the present and not being able to pay attention to anything else. Her work here is truly amazing, I think we get to know her a little bit more in depth. ❤️
