- Sky News host Andrew Bolt has slammed the director of the Secret Service's reasoning as to why agents were not positioned on top of the building where Donald Trump’s would-be assassin opened fire.
Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle claimed during an interview with US ABC News that personnel were not positioned at the top of the building due to it having a 'sloped roof'.
Mr Bolt labelled Ms Cheatle's excuse for security failure at Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania "ludicrous".
This woman should resign immediately, she’s in way over her head, doesn’t know what she’s doing or how to do it! She should be ashamed of her job performance, let’s get the best person for the job not, people who check a certain box!

A few months ago, DEI was introduced into the airplane manufacturer - on all levels. So far, in the past few months, there have been over thirty "hard landings". Also, in that same time period, several of their jets had the unfortunate habit of shedding pieces of their fuselage, mid-flight!
This was either criminal negligence or gross incompetence... Neither one is acceptable.

I'm in the States, and for over ten years, we've not looked at a bit of the mainstream media. I've even blocked their TV signals from coming into the house, at the router. When we want to look and see what's happening in the world, there are plenty enough true news channels, such as Sky Australia, as well as the vast multitude of content available online.
This is the sequence of excuses which I have heard since Saturday:
1. The unsecured building was outside of the SS's perimeter; it was not their responsibility
2. The unsecure building was the responsibility of local police, not the SS
3. The FBI claims that the SS did not need permission to take out the assassin, even though the sharp shooter/spotter had the guy in sight BEFORE he discharged on Trump
4. The SS did not place agents on the roof (which now means they knew it was a security threat) because the slope was unsafe for the SS, even though the sniper scaled the building, set up, had time to target Trump, and discharge
Now, what excuses will today bring?
The SS run the show. Nuff said. Short woman, no shield, no responsibility. WOKE BULLSHIT democrat rubbish.

Watching the women Secret Service agents was truly comical. Unable to holster a pistol, adjusting sunglasses for camera, and a foot shorter than the President they were shielding. This is not a well planned strategy by the director/supervisor. I do understand however, the President was left with a skeleton crew because Dr Jill had an event at same time and it was far more important for her to have Secret Service Protection.
They had sn*pers on the roof behind him and it was steeper. What is she talking about? It was about as flat a roof you can get.

This is my question too. If he was going to check the rooftop, shouldn’t he have been prepared to defend himself if necessary? I’ve heard conflicting things about him peaking over the edge. One was that he was hanging, so both hands were occupied so he couldn’t draw his weapon, and the other was that someone was holding him up. Either way, if he was going to check out something suspicious, shouldn’t he have been prepared for the worst?
The official story has so many holes in it that you just wonder what's next. "The sun was shining in their eyes and they couldn't see the shooter while they were looking directly at him".

I was a Security Guard at a hospital for 9 months. I made sure nurses got to their cars safely at the end of their shift back in 1979. Didn’t use or needed a weapon. The US Army holds a "First Ranger" contest. One obstacle is a sixty foot tower made of telephone poles . They have 5 open decks to get to the top. No steps, ladders or ropes. They step to the edge, leap up and out and body roll to the next floor. This is for time, as fast as they can!
I mention this only because they do this for competion, for the challenge, for fun. They aren't on a detail to protect the POTUS.
