Allllmmost regretting my purchase of the patton after seeing the sheer childlike joy emanating from you once you got on the mini. But I don't rip at these speeds, I take things a little easier, I'm still content with my choice (plus I'm a big boi who favors low end torque anyway). I'm just stoked that both these wheels are in existence. And tbh I think the begode extreme might blow the brakes off of both these anyway in terms of raw performance. Whatever!. All three of these wheels are truly the next gen, they're all amazing. We've been waiting so long for these rides and they're finally here!
You will get there don’t you worry! It’s quite addictive. But remember to only go this fast in a safe way. If that’s means having more experience, or going where there are much less people. Ride safe and have fun!!
With a knobby trail tire on it no less! Bet it would rip the street in a sticky street tire!! Only issues are those dowell pin like rods sticking out on the bottom. Could possible snag on a root or shrub during a tight trail ride.. Smooth 3d printed or metal brush guard over that would be great.. Awesome little wheel.. Looks fun and flickable.. Gonna be a fun Small Wheel Summer with this, the Patton and the Extreme!!😊 Great video and review.. Very thorough and great editing!
The tacit admission that both the Mini and the Patton really should undergo a pre-ride inspection and check for bolt tightness is noted; the QC of all the EUC manufacturers seems to be the common across the board failing in 2023; it will be interesting to see how this aspect develops, if the companies mature sufficiently to recognise the importance of this aspect to their collective and individual reputation.
Yes, always good to go over a new wheel. It does suck that we need to do it, but considering how dangerous these vehicles already are, we don’t mind. For all the new wheels we will inspect this and see if anything has changed in the QC and production line. Thanks for watching and safe riding!! 😊
By the way, I'm thinking of replacing my Commander of Patton or Commander Mini . Which has faster Acceleration ? And acceleration of the two are even close ? Your response would be very essential. Thanks man
@@scooterontravels6777 In terms of "off the line" acceleration, we have to give it to Patton. but that will depend on rider weight. the commander will top out about 10 kmph faster though.
@scooterontravels6777 hey Seb here, without a doubt up to 65 km/h Patton accelerates faster. Bottom end torque is incredible with button but the top end on commander is insanity. It's a really hard choice but that being said I I did just grab a Patton for myself.

Much as I hate to be an apologist, expecting Honda QC in a present day China wheel assembled by $1/hr workers is a bridge too far. Dont get me wrong as I want it but I get I gotta do my due diligence too. That said, seems BG/EB has come a long way & in some ways, design is even better than LK, minor quibbles aside. The Extreme freespins at >110kmh so it maybe the epic wheel with both massive torque & speed. I think you boys should be gettin 1 in a few weeks. Cant wait to see the big unveil!!! I'm rockin the T4 (amongst others) right now & my choice will be either this CoMini or Extreme. Performance is Godly baby. Good vid guys 🤩
You are right, these companies dont have the budget or the team to make a product like honda. That being said our "build quality" raking always seems to go Inmotion - Leaperkim - Begode. But as you said all the designs still have drawacks. I agree that begode may come out on top because of how many versions they make, always making some small thing better. Can you repeat torque test again after updating commander mini to the latest firmware. It is supposed to increase the torque and minimize the pedal dip

Overall I really like you guys taking the time to go through the wheel and check everything. But one thing with those suspension tube clamps those should not completely tightened. Coming from motorcycles you have to torque those properly or you can oval the tube and cause the suspension to not work properly.
The wall on these tubes is very thick and solid. No chance of bending these ones, the amount of abuse these wheels take I just snug them up really well. Manufacturers torque spec doesn't hold after a month

Love the in-depth review regarding the build quality and comparison to the Patton. Will mostly likely wait for the Commander GT, bigger tire = stable at higher speeds. I just wish they would up the battery to 3kWh instead of 2400Wh
Depends on the hardness of the rubber, it would have to be pretty hard to make a difference. But I think the solution is just to change the design eventually. We will see if this design is okay, as most of the new begode wheels have it. But I know that people are also making aftermarket replacements
Max speed for EUCs in Germany is 25km/h and even then it tends to be illegal. I rode my Gotway MCM4 for about 6.000km and got in trouble with the police several times. And compared to what you have the GotWay looks like a toy for beginners.
With the Bluetooth speaker what’s stopping them from adding maps or navigation? Does Siri connect? this is nuts all the engineering with the aluminum and metal.

It would be such a good video, if not for these excessive stunts... Great assembly showcase and build walk-through. But c'mon guys, I don't mean to be a mood-killer, but what is this? Running red lights, riding on the opposite side of the road, flashing a flashlight at random people minding their own business? What for? Remember that our behaviour on EUC's influences the public opinion on them, and we really don't want them outlawed (where they aren't yet at least).
In the over torque segment, I don't think the Patton is more powerful just because you weren't able to over torque it on hard braking. If you check the other Begode/EB 134v wheels, they all dip on hard braking. If I'm not mistaken, that's by design, so as to assist in hard braking. IMO, if you want to compare the lower end torque, try over torquing those in acceleration.
The slight dipping that happens in begode pedals is a result of the firmware on the wheel, but when it dips as much as you saw the commander dip during hard braking, it means that the motor is slipping by magnets that arent getting switched fast enough due to a number of reasons, kv of the motor, hall sensor feedback, lack of amperage. Its not "dipping" we should really refer to it as "slipping"
I have a question about the battery box. Let's say for instance you have a dent in the side of your Cmini at pedal height..to me it all looks like one piece, or can the outer panel be separated from the two inner rectangular smaller boxes holding the battery cells with the wires coming out? My new mini arrived damaged, i need to know what's involved in fixing it

Karen just called: she saw you riding a tiny, newly assembled e-wheel at 80kph wearing rollerblade kneepads and she’s laughing her fkin arse off. I guess those viewers with a standard-issue imagination who like to watch other people get completely broken are finding this very entertaining. Most of us don’t mind if you make it through the rest of the year with your knees still on, so it’s ok by us if you wear moto gear. Karen would be disappointed though, as she’s rubbing her hands together waiting for those knee pads to be 2km behind the kneecaps she can see through the holes in your skin. She might be satisfied by a sudden side-swipe at the traffic lights though, so you do you. I think a few people were bummed that you pixeled out the blood in that last vid though. Someone’s gotta demonstrate how EUCs show what we’re really made of on the inside, right? It’s a public service after all.
How would you compare this to Begode Extreme bull? I’m debating either buying the commander mini or Begode extreme, what would you guys recommend since I’m assuming you guys have tested both? Thanks in advance :)
The riding was awesome but the assembly was lame af. The joy when riding made it for me. The same kindof joy you see when you watch Kuji, Hsiang, and even Chooch when riding. It's infectious.
I must admit I stopped watching when you started riding at 40mph on the pavement near pedestrians and cyclists. It's all a giggle until till you hit someone. What's worse is you encourage young idiots to ride the same way. If you want to ride at speed then just take it where no-one else is around.

Toronto, Canada is a lot different it seems. Same with NYC. The rules are not enforced as much, as long as you are being safe

She might be satisfied by a sudden side-swipe at the traffic lights though, so you do you. I think a few people were bummed that you pixeled out the blood in that last vid though. Someone’s gotta demonstrate how EUCs show what we’re really made of on the inside, right? It’s a public service after all.

The riding was awesome but the assembly was lame af. The joy when riding made it for me. The same kindof joy you see when you watch Kuji, Hsiang, and even Chooch when riding. It's infectious.

I must admit I stopped watching when you started riding at 40mph on the pavement near pedestrians and cyclists. It's all a giggle until till you hit someone. What's worse is you encourage young idiots to ride the same way. If you want to ride at speed then just take it where no-one else is around.
