I'm like you, I'm new to Lego investing(4 months) and was only going to hold for years but my courier always damages boxes. So I got fed up returning them, even got in a fight with lego over it. I just decided to start a bricklink store (just opened yesterday) and if a box is damaged I just part out. Plus if I find a set on a big discount with a good part out I buy them too. Setting up bricklin was a bit tricky with Stripe but I finnaly figured it out. Also I've been surprised how much draws and shelving has cost! Plus the time it takes to part out and keep draws organized is much longer than I thought:)
Yea draws cost a lot compared to how much you can fit in them so adds up a lot and takes time to break even. Congrats on opening a store! Leave link so people can check it out!
hey Zack, im for tassie as well ,id love to open a brinklink store myself one day .id like to see your store one day to see one in person. i have a few tips on storage for you that might help.keep up the good work
Bricklink is great! I've been enjoying selling on there for almost a year now. Good luck!
I’ll be following your journey. I’m getting prepared to open my own bricklink store soon. Hoping to start selling sometime in December.
Awesome! Make sure when you open leave your link in the comments and I and maybe others will check it out!!
