Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is located in Stratford, East London. The Park hosted the London 2012 Olympic Games. After the Olympic Games, the Park was repurposed and opened to the general public.
Facts about the 2012 Olympic games: Usain Bolt clocked a time of 9.63s in the 100 meter while Yohan Blake came second with a time of 9.75s. In the Aquatics Centre, both Missy Franklin
and Michael Phelps won four gold medals each. Mexico male football team defeated Brazil in the final while the USA female team defeated Japan to win gold.
