Never heard of mint garnish on a ham. Loads and loads of dried cloves (and brown sugar), yes, but not mint. There is a mint jelly garnish for lamb, however.
I thought the same thing ... maybe they were thinking lamb🤷🏼♀️

I guess by age 7 father finally convinced me that what ole Santa needed to help him get through a long cold night was a wee shot of whisky along with his favorite cookies and milk went out the window. I do admit, seems like my presents improved with the advent of the whiskey as well.
