Aqua, during the scene when he revealed who he really is, tried to cheer Ruby saying she isnt Ai, and she shouldnt followed the same path as her. Yet, people seemed to attempt to make Ruby the next “Ai” by hurting her emotionally enough so she can act like Ai. In chp 135, I thought that Aqua is the one who doesn't understand Ai, But now, I think he will understand her. Of course I'd think that, because Aqua, though being her son, doesn't understand her like he thinks he does. Acually, to be honest, Aqua's perspective is no different than the audience who are a huge fan of Ai. Ruby, now understands Ai more, thanks to Kana, she is feeling just like Ai. She understood that it's not just a movie anymore, it's their own situation, so she felt it necessary to peek at the reality. Ruby, that's why now understands Ai way better, or rather she is just displaying her own feeling, she seriously doesn't understand that Ai was feeling the way she was. Thank you, this is my own opinion of the current arc.
All I can say entertainment is really toxic. Seeing all this behind the scenes…ick! And if that is how Ai really thought. That would have included her kids as well. Through I think in the end of her life she realized how much she loved them.
This is so relatable... Seeing your friends achieve things in life, being happy and supporting them but also the underlying jealousy you feel and you hate yourself for it, for being a bad friend. Especially when you have been working 10× harder and it comes so easily to them.😭
Every chapter just makes us understand how much of a genius the director is...he put Kana in that role for a reason.. "you have got to be kidding me" is still a line from Ruby in my opinion btw
One has to wonder with all that mental toll, would Ai had eventually slipped into delusion in her adulthood had she survived? At one point, would she had been believing her own role not only to cope and survive but to found solace in the lies? Don't get me wrong, Ai found in her children the support she needed for herself to be emotionally firm and sound. But, maybe, what she would have dreaded the most more than telling her children that she loved them out of lies would have been presenting and showing herself to her children as the perfect, idol mother without flaws and defects for the rest of her life while burying her darkness and faults within the veil of lies.
Nah, I think she displayed suicidal tendencies with how she contacted their father, despite knowing what kind of person he is. Either she was desperate or she was hoping he would do something bad to her. I just feel like her dying scene felt like she was regretting her whole life, her suicidal thoughts as well as the mask she wore all that time. It also felt like she was regretting not expressing her hatred and covering it all up with her lies and love. The biggest mistake Ai ever made was believing that just because lies are a form of love, doesn't mean it's okay to become a pathological liar.
@@RKNancy Nah I don't think contacting the father was a result of suicidal tendencies. Atleast I don't think she would bring a k*ller in her house and put her children in danger for that reason
The whole time they were in B-komachi Ai grew more popular and became the face of the group (which Nino was initially), which made the other members jealous, and eventually led to them baring hatred towards Ai. They kept it to themselves since they were friends, but there is a limit to how long a person can do this. Add this to Ai’s indifference towards Nino revealing how she felt, it makes sense that she reached her breaking point. I personally think the actual reason Nino hates Ai is because the person she thought was her friend, had never once told her how she actually felt. She just kept lying to her which made her doubt their friendship.
Kana Should not mess with Ruby anymore. We all know what happens when you mess with Ruby. Ruby is more dangerous than aqua we all remember from chapter 79 to chapter 123 Ruby basically used Kana for her own benefits, so nobody should mess with Ruby. She is more dangerous than you think. 🤩

You are maybe right, but I think B Komachi was dead with Ai's death. The fans are very likely not interested in a group where the most popular girl died. Think of a popular band and imagine one of the background members taking the spot of the lead, it wouldnt work.
It doesn't surprise me. The life she had gave her no reason to love anyone. Her children were the only good thing that happened in her life. Wherever she is, I bet she would give ANYTHING to get them back. It may be hard. But in my "Little Nightmares" fanfic, she'll return to them. They may be reincarnations, but they've become more too.
I just discovered Your channel and after Attack On Titan anime has ended I became a fan of Oshi No Ko. Couldn't hold out from not reading this manga so I binged it and I have 3 theories here at the moment. This story may end up heartbreaking when Ruby Hoshino will be killed by her own father, but I think my theories may become true and make this story the most unique one ever!😂 1. Every one who was involved with Ai will watch this movie including Hikaru Kamiki. After the movie all the actors who have taken part in it would come to the front of the screen, starting with Aqua, but before he would enter this front he would rush on hooded figure in a first row and discover the culprit himself and ask others to call the Police. 2. After that Hikaru Kamiki would be asked by many interviewers if the accusations were true or not, but here would happen another plot twist: Hikaru would ask for exactly 5 people who should confess their truths to the whole world as well. And that would be: Aqua Hoshino, Ruby Hoshino, Fuyuko Niino, Marina Tendouji and finally child actor Tsukuyomi. It would be revealed Niino asked Hikaru to kill Ruby, but he let himself be captured by Aqua, so that "the whole truth would be revealed".😂 Then Ruby encouraged by "her father Hikaru" would start to remind her previous mother about a sick child she left behind and would reveal herself as that child- Sarina Tendouji. Of course it would be revealed that Aqua is that doctor in the meantime. But then it would be revealed that the famous actress gave birth to a child and left it immediately at the orphanage. She would be hanging out with the man who convinced her to left their child at the orphanage and he killed her in the mountains. That man who came back for his child was Hikaru Kamiki and his youngest daughter was Tsukuyomi. But it's still not the biggest plot twist I come up with! 🤣 3. After that reveal of Tsukuyomi being the youngest daughter of Hikaru Kamiki she would say the Words That Would Ring a Huge Bell: "Ruby…Aqua… I love You. Yeeeeay! That's the second time I can say it! And again it's totally not a lie!" 🤯 I'm sure that there is no greater liar than a mother who was hiding while standing in front of her children in a body of youngest actress.😂 Aren't those interesting theories of mine? Please let me know what You think?😉 Edit: I fixed some grammar and add few details.
You may also ask me why I thought about this theory at the point 3. So I'm giving my explanation in advance! 😉The concept of reincarnation was established at the begening of the story and I was trying very hard to exam it extensively, so here is what I come up with. What are my requirements to be reincarnated in Oshi no Ko? Truly love at least one, two persons in your life and have a strong goal that would bring You back as a newborn baby! What would be a goal strong enough to bring Ai back? Maybe those words: "I wonder... what kind of adults you'll grow up to be... As the two of you grow up... I want to be there to see it." 😆 Everyone can agree or disagree with me. It's just a freedom of thought after all. But to give more credebility to my hipothesis in point 3 I want to show You a very specific corelation between two lines- starting with the last one of this chapter which is: "What did I do wrong anyway?" and a 2 lines from Tsukuyomi in chapter 118 to Aqua during this initial conversation: "Why do You hate me so much? Did I do something wrong?". If this isn't a foreshadowing then even I don't know what this is! In the end I might be reading to much into this whole concept, that I absolutely enjoy.🤣
I'm just scratching my head wondering "the viewers are supposed to _like_ Ruby right?" for about every 3rd chapter after Aqua told her who he was and I'm still wondering that right now.
Honestly, it's not surprising but very predictable. We all know behind the facade of a successful idol, there's darkness. It's just this manga was all cheerful and smiles at first that it gave the illusion of a happy successful woman who overcame all idols.
Sorry doesn’t really have to do with the video just predictions. I don’t see us getting flashbacks from the directors perspective until after the filming ends. I could be wrong maybe we get flashbacks throughout the film showing us the side by side of Ruby performance and Ai’s actual feelings. Maybe she never actually confided in anyone, maybe she truly did despise everyone for using her and throwing all their pent up hatred towards her. We could be thrown way off track and Ai was this saint of a person who loved everyone. Very unlikely however given a lot of this story is based around the lies people tell. The lies we see in others which are perceived one way but are not what we are made to believe. Honestly Ai hating everyone would make the most sense in this situation. The only time she may have been her genuine self or a piece of who she used to be prior to the Idol industry is when she gave birth the Aqua and Ruby.
Her lies are pretending to be a perfect idol. She has never felt other people's love neither has she loved someone genuinely, yet she always told her fans she "loved" them. It was only when she was dying that she realized that she actually loved her children. Also, her holding back all of her emotions, always pretending to be fine are other lies.
What is really frightening is how realistic this is relating with certain people within the idol industry, i will not name names for confidentially sake but let me tell you. You guys have really no idea just what sort of damage that it does to these people, especially in japan and korea. YIKES
That's the thing really Ai definitely did hate them but she also did love them to an extent as well, same with Nino she hated Ai but she still also loved her that's just how twisted their relationship was. Ai did still love the bkomachi members even after everything they did to her in 45510 she wrote in a draft message Nino saw years later that she wanted nothing more than for them to be close again, it seemed like she was at her lowest point as she seemed like she was having a breakdown while writing it
My goodness the first episode was awesome for this show I legit thought it was over and was just a movie that I had to wait for the sequel too when I finished the first episode.
We can see in ruby’s acting and many people saying “that’s not ai!ai would never!” Ai would, she is made out of lies and of course she would never show that side of her because under that idol persona she created she is just a frail and weak girl
@user-wy8ve5nr2n I know Ruby loves Kana but you should not forget that Ruby also has a psycho personality. Ruby is not the innocent girl you think she is she manipulates and uses people to get what she wants she can turn into a psychopath if she breaks
@user-wy8ve5nr2n did you forget that from chapter 79 to123 Ruby was literally a psychopath. She had no problem using people for her own benefits in one chapter. She had no problem replacing kana with another girl to get famous
it's not a simple black and white. Kana doesn't only hate Ruby, she also likes her, she considers her a friend. Ruby also doesn't only hate Kana...that's why this is painful. Real world relationship aren't black or white.
@@brawlmaster0190 Kana was already retiring from the group, nobody will replace her, she's leaving. Also the "crap" Kana told her is the only way Ruby can act for shit right now.
Jealousy of a fellow idol is a nonsensical concept to me. There's only so much you can do to stand out doing the same dance and the same song as everyone else on the stage. People pick favorites for everything, especially if they look similar.
Is it just me or I feel like this anime had bad writing regarding the sensei becoming aqua, because sensei supposedly had so much knowledge that he became a DOCTOR, and after reincarnation to aqua he has iq similar to ruby?? And if that is how Ai really thought. That would have included her kids as well. Through I think in the end of her life she realized how much she loved them.
i think her kids were always the exception but she herself was never certain if they were until the very end
Amazing video of an amazing chapter as always man! This was SO intense and im here for it! The panels capture everything so tightly!
Some of these panels had so much emotion in them
@@414Anime yeah. Simply amazing
From manga bubbles logic that was indeed ruby
Of course not, like you said she has loving children.
@@RKNancy Nah I don't think contacting the father was a result of suicidal tendencies. Atleast I don't think she would bring a k*ller in her house and put her children in danger for that reason
It's the most ironic thing that even her children aren't even real children. She birthed children who are lying to her from the moment they're born
I think she planned to treat herself. Give up on her career. Weren't those some of her last words ?
Can't wait to have this chapter animated.
Nino just has a serious mental issue. Why would u habor that much hatred over AI for that long.
Nino just got blinded with jealousy
The whole time they were in B-komachi Ai grew more popular and became the face of the group (which Nino was initially), which made the other members jealous, and eventually led to them baring hatred towards Ai. They kept it to themselves since they were friends, but there is a limit to how long a person can do this. Add this to Ai’s indifference towards Nino revealing how she felt, it makes sense that she reached her breaking point.
I personally think the actual reason Nino hates Ai is because the person she thought was her friend, had never once told her how she actually felt. She just kept lying to her which made her doubt their friendship.
Bruh, I've yet to watch the anime... OR!!! read the manga, but GODDAMN!!! Ruby saying "I Hate Them All!!!"... I've felt that...
Was insane wasn’t it!!
Yes... Absolutely it is...
Those instances where even Aqua gets thrown for a loop is brilliant.
@user-wy8ve5nr2n she became a psychopath at one point 😈
The rivalries like in this chapter have seriously struck two of my favorite bands in 2023 with Slipknot and BFMV having someone get kicked out so this chapter had some good timing without ruining the pace
Fans of ai: no! 😖No way ai would hate anyone! 😣😣🥺🥺That’s not ai! 😣😣😢😢That’s not ai!😢😢
Me: I know their feeling, like really? 🙁First, I see ai actually crying in one of the newest chapters and now I learn that ai would have hated everyone? 😕I too am in disbelief because I always thought ai was all love and no hate, she was “ the idol of love” and stuff like that 😮
I know this is ruby portrayal of ai but GOOD GOD! 😱Even I wouldn’t have imagined any of this coming from the real ai even in a million years!😱
Makes me wish the anime had started season 2 already
what exactly gave you the idea that Ai was ok with all that stuff? It was painfully obvious that she was hiding her pain from ch1
No one even said that about Ai 💀
@@brawlmaster0190 no? I thought there were people would be saying that stuff, you know, her bona fide fans
Plus I only known ai as a cheerful person, until of course… her tragic death
@@xavierperes Not really. Even her fans know that she was a liar and was putting on an act 24/7
@@brawlmaster0190 her lifestyle was full of depression 😞😞😞😢😢😢😭😭😭
Ruby going the antagonist route like her father.
It's pretty common that the daughter would physically resemble her mother, but has the exact personality of her father.
Probably that's how will I also react to my life if I was given a chance to burst out in anger.
The thing is, nino could've regained her spotlight after Ai's death. She just chose not to.
You are maybe right, but I think B Komachi was dead with Ai's death. The fans are very likely not interested in a group where the most popular girl died. Think of a popular band and imagine one of the background members taking the spot of the lead, it wouldnt work.
Sh*t...this just went so dark...i miss Ai so much
It doesn't surprise me.
It wouldn't be surprising if it turns out at least the latter half of the manga covers with Ai were Ruby in costume for the movie.
I just discovered Your channel and after Attack On Titan anime has ended I became a fan of Oshi No Ko. Couldn't hold out from not reading this manga so I binged it and I have 3 theories here at the moment. This story may end up heartbreaking when Ruby Hoshino will be killed by her own father, but I think my theories may become true and make this story the most unique one ever!😂
3. After that reveal of Tsukuyomi being the youngest daughter of Hikaru Kamiki she would say the Words That Would Ring a Huge Bell: "Ruby…Aqua… I love You. Yeeeeay! That's the second time I can say it! And again it's totally not a lie!" 🤯 I'm sure that there is no greater liar than a mother who was hiding while standing in front of her children in a body of youngest actress.😂
Aren't those interesting theories of mine?
I want to be there to see it." 😆
Everyone can agree or disagree with me.
LOVE your content man! Keep up the amazing work 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤
Thanks a ton!
@@414Anime np! 🔥🔥🔥
I'm just scratching my head wondering "the viewers are supposed to _like_ Ruby right?" for about every 3rd chapter after Aqua told her who he was and I'm still wondering that right now.
This chapter caught me by surprise
Want to know Nino feelings? Listen to Idol lol. The OP song is being turn into a movie
Honestly, it's not surprising but very predictable. We all know behind the facade of a successful idol, there's darkness. It's just this manga was all cheerful and smiles at first that it gave the illusion of a happy successful woman who overcame all idols.
This chapter gave me PTSD 😨😭

"let them cook"
As someone who hasn’t watched nor read oshi no ko I can confirm I am very confused
Keep in touch, to get even more confused.

Social commentary on how a girl without emotions becomes the most popular idol?
I remember how I got actual chills when I read that last panel of the chapter. It was so good. I just kept staring at it in shock
Thos chapter was insane.
Killer chapter to kick of 2024
@@414Anime indeed
After reading each chapter, i just want to hug every character.
I cannot wait for this to be adapted in the anime.
Except ruby and aqua
And aqua in his previous like as the doctor aswell
this anime or manga shows being perfect wont make your life easier and happier, true masterpiece
Really can't decide if I should read the manga or wait for the anime
Nice analysis! Tbh I do somewhat feel like I've been blank reading the later chapters but I'd say this got me to really pay more attention lol.

Blackstar Dark ruby is back 😨
I still don’t get Ai’s “Lies” and how it’s love to her, and what are “lies” can someone explain but not stupidproof?
Her lies are pretending to be a perfect idol. She has never felt other people's love neither has she loved someone genuinely, yet she always told her fans she "loved" them. It was only when she was dying that she realized that she actually loved her children. Also, her holding back all of her emotions, always pretending to be fine are other lies.
What is really frightening is how realistic this is relating with certain people within the idol industry, i will not name names for confidentially sake but let me tell you. You guys have really no idea just what sort of damage that it does to these people, especially in japan and korea. YIKES
ruby is costantly on a bad\sad path
seems she will never be free from despair
Nino hated AI but I think AI hated Nino even more and everybody in the group 🤩
This chapter reminded me of Act age that was such a good series I missed that series. Sadly we all know what happened. 😩😭
The only thing i know is that this is horrible. I don't know any other way to explain it. Understand it as you will
What i mean is who is noy feeling horrible after reading this manga. If don't know if y'all understand what i mean
Ooooh now I get it so history repeat itself in different ways now understand what the mange is going at
"let them cook" 😀
Kana hates Ruby but I think Ruby hates Khanna even more to the point that I think Ruby wants to kill Kana now 🤩
@user-wy8ve5nr2n I know Ruby loves Kana but you should not forget that Ruby also has a psycho personality.
@user-wy8ve5nr2nHell nah bro that's copium
After what the shit Kana said to her? Not a chance
it's not a simple black and white.
People get into this business for money and attention. It’s only human to be jealous.
Could you please don't write spoilers on the preview?

Is it just me or I feel like this anime had bad writing regarding the sensei becoming aqua, because sensei supposedly had so much knowledge that he became a DOCTOR, and after reincarnation to aqua he has iq similar to ruby?? It’s like he never had a previous life since the things he does just don’t add up to a middle aged man, it’s more like he’s an emo teenager for real.
Poor Ruby. Getting too much like her mother. But it makes sense. Her traumas were unaddressed for too long.
Let this be a lesson for those who love "KH". This is what he can/will become.
