    So sad when people accept money and then say, "she has the money to spare, I don't need to repay her". If you can't work for the rest of your life, a million dollars is not as much as you think. If the Plaintiff has 30 years left(to live), she really doesn't have a great deal of money. Less than 35k a year. And that's if the Plaintiff didn't make any large purchase to begin with after receiving the settlement. The daughter is selfish AF.

    Up to the 3:55 mark, it seems Mom only needed to offer her daughter $23 for the HazMat endorsement. If the daughter worked up until 2 days prior to a job change, she was still earning her living to pay her own bills. … Maybe part 2 will make more sense. ; )

    What is this big sum of money? That’s what I want to know. Because if she got one million settlement minus taxes and attorney fees, plus medical fees, then why is she suing her daughter for what she can only get back is 5k through this court.🤔

    Three years ago my son's now ex-wife walked out on him and their 2 young daughters and all their animals.. We were all shocked and heart broken. They had just bought a nice(big) house. I didn't want him or my granddaughters to lose their home so I offered to move in with them to help with the bills and the girls. He was afraid to tell me and ask me to move in. The look of relief on his face let me know I made the right choice. We help each other and it works. Knowing he and the girls are ok is all I need.

      Don’t think it is hearsay if the “mother “ was present in court- and can be questioned on the evidence by the daughter, if necessary.

    • @BurnLikeAFlame
      @BurnLikeAFlame 10 місяців тому

      It's only hearsay if it's someone who is not in the court to verify the statements.
      The mother is there, anything she said can be stated.
      A cousin or such who is not in the court but may have been involved cannot be quoted.
