I doubled the recipe and froze a whole bag of these. So tender, so delicious. I made homemade tomato sauce and served with fresh grated Parmesan cheese also. SO GOOD, SO WONDERFUL. Easy to made, fun to make and I will be making these again. 😘

Love sage and butter sauce...favorite restaurant dish here in Gainesville is ravioli in sage butter sauce with pine nuts. Heaven! Can't wait to fix your gnocchi!

Mr. Pasquale, as far as I know, the traditional gnocchi requires cold water after cooking in boiling water. This type of gnocchi doesn't require this method? Thank you!
I love yu and love your recipes but omg i used like 3 cups of flour and it still did not thickn, followed the video precisely aswell, i guess it takes a magic touch
word of advice; try and work your main ingredients by feel of the mix. It should be dry, yes but a tad sticky and don't over work it - form the mix with a light touch - don't smash it, it effects the gluton
