The USB drive type should be formatted as exFAT (can transfer larger sized videos) or FAT 32 for videos under 4GB. Drives can be formatted directly through your computer (backup data before formatting)

I love the info provided on this video. I just recently got a ps5 and I didn’t want to have to go through the struggle of using my capture card because my desk setup is less than ideal( we’re talking super small and disorganized can barely fit my two monitors

Are you using the pulse 3D mic plugged in in the background? Cause I’ve seen mic test and both plugged in and not it sounds bad but your video sounds great.

Does it have to be a specific brand of flash drive? because my PS5 does not detect it as a supported USB device. I have the same dual stick as you've shown but it's a SanDisk. Any help?

Well, now I know how to export to MP4. I’m new to PS5 and it keeps recording my videos in WEBM even though my settings are MP4. I’d rather edit in Final Cut Pro but it won’t accept WEBM. This seems like a good way to just convert the files so I can do what I normally do. Throw it on a flash drive and take it to Final Cut Pro.
When I select Create Video from the main screen it just shows the little white rectangle and freezes. Not sure if this is a me thing or if anyone else has this problem

Hello I have this problem in sharefactory because the limit is 50 cuts and I save this video if I get past that limit and I seen this problem In the rendering part where the video does like seizure effect and a screen bug where it like flickers, does anybody know any solution to that.

I used to upload my videos to UA-cam, then save it from UA-cam, edit it, then reupload to UA-cam but my quality would be greatly crappier lol
Yeah, that’s due to the compression from
Uploading and downloading from UA-cam. If you use a USB you can move files in highest quality possible, even upload to a cloud storage drive on computer.
If you don’t have a computer I recommend getting that phone flash drive I showed in the video to move files directly from console to phone.
Everything seems the same except The New Sound Effect Option and the export setting...But Great Video Btw!

I used the create button to record Metro Exodus gameplay and something weird happened. The dialogue that plays during the intro sequence was the same volume when I was playing the game and when I played back the clip. However the dialogue through the game was normal volume when recording but when I played back the footage the dialogue was very low (Almost muted) i don't know what happened. I did have a headset plugged into my controller when recording the game (Turtle Beach recon 70 is the headset I use)
Sadly turtle beach kinda sucks on terms of audio recording for PlayStation, I used to have it and my mic was really shit with recording. I recommend investing in the steel series, they are cheap depending on what you get and are extremely good quality headphones
