Great stuff. I am a BA with 2.6 years' experience, and now I am trying to get into PM. I just finished my college with an MSc in management in Dunlin, Ireland. I am just confused about how to build projects and portfolios.

I don't think English is must have skills. Even if you can communicate things well in any possible language, it should be fine. But more than English - you should really enjoy problem solving, storytelling and master stakeholder management
