@@MartinWasTaken this is true. the GPU i ordered is backlogged for 2 months and i play GTA online on the i7 integrated graphics. it's not pretty, but i can play.
@@MartinWasTaken The problem is it isnt optimized for newer hardware. 9900k OC'd to 5ghz 3070ti @ 2100mhz and +1000 on the memory with 3600mhz RAM and I'll still be getting around the same fps as you online. Single player also turns into a stuttery mess on newer hardware without tweaking because the engine can't handle it

The amount of people so confidently voicing their opinion when they have 0 idea what they are talking about is terrifying. He showed his task manager multiple times, he is using his cpu to encode his stream, when he should be using his gpu instead, kinda astonishing that he was able to get somewhat of a playable experience. Maybe once he spends another 10k on a pc someone with actual brains will help him & he'll notice none of the upgrades were needed, even that 4090 back there, the guy plays in 1080p, ill be surprised if he even gains 20fps with his new pc unless he starts playing in a higher resolution
can't really stream above 1080p so i assume that's why he does it. i mean, you can but the bitrate limit is too low.

Not the case, it's the mods that get added to these shitty servers. Like cop cars with 4k locked polygons. Simple fix is graphic quality set to medium while rest remains ultra.

@@PrinxzAep If he had no drivers then his gpu wouldn't work at all, the cpu bottlenecks 7% so it probably is a driver issue, faulty hardware or a software problem
GTA V engine is capped at 188 fps, when you surpass or even maintain over 144 fps it always gets choppy.
he caps it at 60 just like everyone on NP because u cant get that high fps on the server anyway
@@ryhs0 It's just inside the city that the framerate is sitting at around 60. As soon as you leave the city, the fps will be at 80+ and perhaps reaching above the 100fps mark too.

fun fact if you have too much FPS the game will actually start to stutter if you don't limit your fps....
especially gta 5, which if reaches 180 fps which is the fps cap put by rockstar, the game gets fps stutters to the low 20-30

he probly dont have XMP on in the bios and stuff and powersave mode on utlimate and game mode on i have 3700x and 2070 rtx and i get 300 fps on any RP server
i7-11700K BOTTLENECK. Or maybe the latest gpu driver update broke something, or most likely the developers of the RP server have stuffed so many mods that even the game won't run smoothly on a NASA GigaChadComputer

@@chevizz you do realize ram speed shows as half the speed in hwinfo or other software? if you have 3200mhz ram hwinfo will list them as 1600mhz. He's running 5333mhz ram.

CPU encoding isn't helping, that will take up 60-80% usage already for a 1080p60 stream, should be using NVENC
The only people CPU encoding are doing it on a second PC to squeeze every last bit of detail they can into whatever low bitrate Twitch is still mandating.
gta is 10 years old and because he has brand new hardware he has to download external mods/programs to make his game run good

He doesn't understand it is not the game. They literally put cars with 500.000 polygons into the game. Each freaking wheel of the car is 60.000! Imagine 4 of those cars at high speed! This servers have 0 optimizations. I got hired as a 3-d modeler and once I saw what models they are using....it is horrible.

if he runs at 1440p at turns up graphics settings rather than lowering them it will take alot of the workload off the cpu and put it onto the gpu which atm is only using 58% , guaranteed it will fix it

i play a pretty demanding fivem rp server and i run it so smooth on 4K Max settings over 100FPS on my RTX 4080, I9-10900K, 32 RAM Dude needs to start putting his settings higher and resolution higher to have less bottleneck because when i run games at 1080p on my hardware they do start to lose major performance and stutter.
