Never seen a box corner bag made this was. Sure makes it look complicated. Much simpler and quicker was to make this bag. Yours turned out nice but made a very fussy way❤

That's called a Tailor's clapper. Used to help make crisp folds

They're showcasing the different techniques, tips, and tricks. If you know about them, good for you, but they're very helpful for the rest of us.

Ja ich möchte auch wissen, warum die Techniken verboten sind. Womöglich ist die Wortwahl falsch? Es könnte heissen „ verschiedene“ das wäre nicht reisserisch.
I believe the meaning is lost in translation. Many crafts people will not share their favorite tips, tricks, shortcuts, etc.; they keep the information to themselves, which gives them a step up on their competitors. Hence: ‘forbidden’. At least, that’s the way I take it to mean.
