    I applied Mark 11:23-24 to my life before I knew who Kenneth Hagin, or Copeland, or any preacher was. And it WORKED. When I heard their teaching, it was what already was working in my life. There are still pharisees who don't know the Word or the Power of God among us today in 2021. Sad!

      ...perhaps you can explain then why ONLY the preachers are the ones living in those mansions? Why people have been complaining about preachers taking their money and then blaming your "lack of faith" for not receiving a miracle? Of course Jesus healed some, but Jesus did not healed all, remember all the people pressing on Jesus and only the woman was healed?

    I'm a testimony of Kenneth Hagin's teaching, it's TRUE! No one can ever tell me it isn't true, because I got deliverance that way! If I had listened to people like Mike Winger, I would have NEVER gotten free! The devil has been doing this from the beginning, lying about God, who He is, what He does, and ALL the Gospel!

      Why in the pagan world the shaman exerted so much power? Because he was able to effect some miraculous acts, but was that a thing of the true God? No, today many musicians, actors, politicians, etc, make pacts with the devil in order to get ahead, just because a supernatural thing happened it's no proof of an act of God.

      @@jair2454you are right . I don't think Rod Saunder or Mike Winger contradict your statement here and no sound minded Christian would too.
      But what happened when satanic ' supernatural ' encounter our true God supernatural as in Apostle Paul and False Prophet, Bar Jesus or Elymas and Philip the Evangelist and False Prophet , Simon the Sorcerer....
      If our God is not wise and powerful enough to reveal himself on a higher plane of Supernatural, then Satan carries the day and have his field days deceiving ,destroying and taking captive here on earth and there in his hell

    I have never understood the pastors who go out of their way to tear apart the believers available power in speaking the living word over their circumstances.Sometimes I wonder if it stems from unanswered prayer of their own,as in maybe it is easier for them to believe word of faith is bogus vs wondering why they have not received their healing.Im so grateful for this channel restoring my faith in the words authority.Listening to various pastors had caused confusion and depression,their message was gods will included hardship and one even said he god has more important things to do than worry if your having a bad day.it was destroying any shred of child like faith I had.Again,thank you.please keep doing these.

Then I realised the true depth of mark 11:24 and that god isn't a respecter of persons. We all yield the same power and God rewards absolute faith and belief, its the only way to please God. Thank God for leading me to once again even more truth and wisdom. I even prayed for wisdom 5 times before I found the truth of prayer and mark 11:24 amen

      This is all a part of what I refer to as eschatological excrement. I certainly believe that Jesus is coming back, and I believe that a lot of what is going on in the world is related to bible prophecy, but most of what you hear from bible prophecy "ministries" is just hype and marketing. I call Watchwoman 65 "Washwoman" 65, because she knows about as much about theology as your average housekeeper. She follows Robert Breaker who is a total nutjob. He's into numerology and predicted something big would happen in September of 2017. Nothing did.

    The Word of GOD say in Romans 12:3…" according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith"

    • @danmarley2886
      @danmarley2886 3 роки тому

      The measure of faith in Rom 12:3 is referring to gifts such as prophecy, teaching or exhortation. This supported in the verses immediately following.
      Paul was exhorting the church to think soberly as it appears that some were trying to minister in an or gift that no faith had been given for. The gifts are a matter faith and grace.
      Observe Eph 4:8 then add to that 1Pet 4:10-11. Grace and Peace!

And such people shout everywhere, "Sola Scriptura!", but in reality they don't accept the full of counsel of God. If we don't cherry pick the Bible on issues of holiness, God's Sovereignty then the same should happen on faith, tongues and God's power

    thanks, that was a top notch review and refutation... and yes, Mike means well, it's not that, it's just he does not grasp WOF theology and instead goes to his "traditional" sources of interpretation instead of taking the text at face value... there is a place for commentaries and interpretations, but he should discern the theology behind those commentaries and discern the text in it's own value... Mike knows the principle of that, for he does not accept calvinism, for instance... he just needs some help to understand, and yes, i would recommend that he takes some time off to read Kenneth Hagin's books... :-)

    Question. If someone who stands on the Word of God for healing still hasn't received healing what then? Why aren't they healed? Is it because they didn't have enough faith? Is the reason they aren't healed their fault? There are times when people don't receive healing even if they have the faith for it. I know many people with great faith to be healed who are still sick and who have been sick for years.You need to account for that as well. So please explain why some people don't get healed because you didn't get into that in this video and I'm curious on your thoughts. Thanks.

    • @JewandGreek
      @JewandGreek  3 роки тому +3

      It's difficult to say why any individual doesn't receive healing. Every case is different. But the Bible does list several barriers to answered prayer. The biggest obstacle is a lack of understanding of how biblical faith works. Many people sit around saying "I believe God will heal me" and think they have faith, but they don't. They have hope. Faith is an act, and puts things in present tense. Sometimes people are dealing with issues that were produced by their lifestyle, and they're asking for healing when what they need is to change their lifestyle. Others barriers are sin, wavering in faith, strife, or a lack of love. What many Christians do is point to some believer who doesn't get healed and conclude that it must not be God's will, but that's not how we determine God's will. If it was we'd have to conclude that the holocaust was God's will. We determine His will through His Word.

      Do they not receive healing when they die and go to Heaven? Whether we receive the healing on this side of Heaven or not doesn’t change the fact that we should stand on Gods word and believe it. Theoretically if I had cancer and stood on His word for healing and believed it to my core, I would either receive healing here on earth or receive it the minute I entered heaven where there is no sickness. When you receive it shouldn’t matter. We are told to have faith in His Word whether we see it or not. Think of salvation. We have faith in our salvation, but we technically don’t see it come to pass until we die and enter the kingdom of Heaven. That doesn’t mean I’ll believe it any less on this side of heaven. That’s why I love Abraham so much. God told him he would be the father of many nations but Abraham died in faith not having seen it. Did that mean it wasn’t the will of God? Absolutely not! Read Hebrews 11. We don’t have to see things come to pass in our life to know it’s Gods will. We must think eternally not temporarily. God bless!!

      No question, and it's not just with healing. A lot of "Charismatic" churches don't encourage spiritual gifts at all because they don't want to have to clean up the mess. It's inevitable that over time people are going to tire of excesses and error and gravitate toward something that's more comfortable, but the Bible tells us not to despise prophesying and forbid not to speak in tongues. God's leaders are supposed to encourage the gifts and correct the error when it surfaces, but most would rather just avoid them altogether. I went through that myself 20 years ago, and God rebuked me. We need to be willing to teach the truths we've learned over the years and deal with the inevitable fallout if we're going to see God's Kingdom advance as it should. That's why I'm doing this.

    8:20 God never said no. People assume(read into the text) that God said no, which iit never mentions. Rather Jesus decided to submit to the plan of the Father to redeem man.
    If the answer of God was a definite NO for all time, why would Jesus say, "Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels?"(Matthew 26:53) in response to Peter trying to protect Jesus from being captured by the Roman soldiers?
    Like Jesus said, he could've chosen to call on God to send those angels to slay all his captors and leave to heaven. And we'll all be in trouble. It wasn't out of the question

    Kenneth Hagin's powerful testimony already speaks volumes concerning the power of standing on God's word for healing and even your own faithful experience to act upon the word of God that had such a desirable effect.
    This makes one's heart leap for joy in praise towards God, Who is still very much relevant in this day and age and with us to partake of (Heb.11:6, 1 Thes.2:13) - if we welcome His word (not from men) but as it is in truth - the word of God which also works in everyone who believes
    - and so will tip the scales for all the petitions and healings in the Name of Jesus (likewise)
    - no matter what opponents think or have to say contrary to those of like precious faith
    Unfortunately - Mike's interpretation feels like it's dragging many back into a form of godliness but without power

I go to the doctor and find out what I need to stand in faith about, again I seek God. There are many reasons people don't receive healing; Mark 11:25 if I don't forgive, I'm not forgiven. Good - now dare to tell this to John McCarter (The ~ greatest theologian of this times. He has a special place in his heart for the word of faith teachers - as you probably know ). The theory of theology does not make me "feel" like a true follower of Christ, but a follower of an 'approved religion'. The theory is ok but at one point in time something has to happen or follow (healings, miracles, life transformations etc)... if you want to look like Christ or if Christ is your model. It looks like anyone that follows Christ'a example (Really believing God's word and preaching the Gospel with passion and signs following ) is perceived as an evil or false teacher - in the eyes of our modern day theologians (or modern day Pharisees?). I believe these would be the first who would crucify Christ all over again, because Christ would not follow the protocols and the expectations of our greatest theologians. Yes Jesus took upon Himself the curse of the law Deuteronomy 28 (All kinds of sicknesses and situations...) and yes Isaiah 53:4, 1 Peter 2:24, Mattew 8:17

    - we need to reiterate the substance (hypostasis) of faith (Heb.11:1) - hence the assurance of faith (plerophoria - to wear fully - Col.2:2 - the armor, weapons, medals, raiment - carrying the full assurance that healing is God's will).
    Hence holding forth the banner of lawful possession and authority (knowing and demonstrating; acknowledging boldly (1 Jn.5:14) our right to proceed on the platform of faith (our lawful possession = title deed - being persuaded of our legal implications of the atoning work of Christ - Heb.11:1) in order to receive our petitions - 1 Pet.5:14

    Question 🙋🏾‍♂️
    While I agree it isn’t a necessity to say ‘if it be thy will’ already knowing it’s God’s will according to scripture (baptism for example), at 15:59; right after making this point you say ‘similarly, we know God’s will is healing’. ‘Healing’ is a loaded word however. In scripture it’s clear it isn’t always God’s will for physical healing. The apostle Paul; a healer who God refused the healing of as an example. Yet he certainly didn’t lack in faith. ‘Healing’ contextually is also used as a spiritual matter in scripture; “by his stripes we are healed”, meaning through his sacrifice we are eternally ‘healed’

    • @JewandGreek
      @JewandGreek  3 роки тому +1

      You're assuming that Paul's thorn in the flesh was some sort of sickness, which the text doesn't say. Paul said that it was a messenger of Satan. The Greek for "messenger" is _angelos_ which is usually translated "angel". This was an entity, not a sickness. This messenger of Satan stirred up trouble for Paul everywhere he went, which is what the Lord told Paul would happen when he was saved. He would suffer a lot. (Acts 9:16)
      "By His stripes" is Isaiah 53:5. Matthew 8:16,17 tells us that the context of Isaiah's atonement passage includes physical healing. Don't conflate healing (which is for sick people this side of the grave) with glorification (which is for saints who have passed on).

  • @robinpeter12

    7 So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited. 8 Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. 9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. - 2 Corinthians 12:7-10
    Not all our prayers will be answered by God in order to fulfill our hearts desire. It has nothing to do with our intent or earnestness.

    • @growlingleapard7868
      @growlingleapard7868 2 роки тому +1

      Gods answer to Paul isn't a negative one " my grace is sufficient " means exactly that. I believe the passage you quote is Paul's testimony of healing in answer to prayer when he was attacked by the devil . Aways stick to the king James version when seeking out the deep things of God.

      Of course God's will is sovereign. Nobody is disputing that.
