Can one make cheese using milk pasteurized at 161° F, without adding calcium chloride to the milk during cheesemaking ? Can the LiLo be set for a lower pasteurization temperature ? Thanks
Hi Patrick. Actually we named the company after a bird called the Bob-White, which is the Eastern Quail. It was once very common in cow pastures in New England and had a very distinctive call and would sing at night during hot weather. My name is Steve. The barn, including septic, well and milking equipment cost right around $100,000. The pipeline was a used one we found in a barn in New Hampshire that we upgraded.
