Often night is when I feel most unsafe and obviously the videos won't "cure me" of the disorder but they're still a massive help in combating the night fears. Thank you. Keep going mate. Normally asmr can't give me tingles, I just watch them because they're comforting and help me block out those negative thoughts that come with silence. What's odd is that, the closer to harsh really aggressive noises I get, the closer I get to tingles, sometimes getting them rarely. This video made me get small burst of tingles, sometimes with just visual triggers, which I never would've believed would've done anything for me. I mostly wanted to post this comment to say, even though I watch asmr seeking out those tingles and sleep, I still subbed to see more of the content you put out, because your energy is so comforting, it's honestly enchanting.
I read a post that was essentially a meme but its message really stuck to me; we should refuse fear and speculations of "what of the next year sucks too" and instead actively make it a good year by being kind and helping others. Doing little favours or surprises to bring a bit more love and warmth into a world that certaibly needs it. Make 2021 a good year by doing good.💜 That's the intention I set out.
2021 will be our year! I believe in us all- we can do it. We will all be able to tackle any obstacle that comes in our ways, I believe it. Let’s all manifest our dreams and make it happen everyone 💕
This past year, corona virus hit, i got engaged, moved three times, moved across the country leaving my family behind, started a new job, quit drinking and smoking, my grandmother passed away and I found out im pregnant. Its been one heck of a year!

Loving this video! I don’t normally request things but I’ve been struggling lately. Is it possible for a video so that we feel unafraid before bedtime? It sounds childish but I’ve moved into a home, and my partner will be away for 8 months and I’m having a very hard time sleeping at night (too many horror movies and true crime docus over the years) and I’ve been having fright-related panic at night over every bump and shadow 😅 Your videos in general have really been helping a lot, so thank you. 🙏
A vid like that would honestly be so awesome. I moved into a new place living by myself for the first time and also a lover of horror and true crime. It has not been a good mix lol I have been doing tea before bed, melatonin and asmr to help me chill out every night and it has seemed to help a little :) I felt like a werdio for getting myself worked up over noises and whatnot but I am glad it is more common then I thought hahaha
