Additional Mei/Rein/Zarya/Brigitte tip:
You can Sonic Arrow Mei in Iceblock (on top of her), Rein's shield (slightly above his name tag), Brigitte's shield (slightly above her name tag), Zarya's bubble (slightly above her name tag) so that it *falls* down to damage them as soon as they come out of Iceblock/drop shield/bubble expires.

Let's begin with a general tip: Make sure to choose him before your team has a chance to get there grubby, cooperative hands on him.

Hmm interesting
Some more hanzo tips for every hero from a GM hanzo main:
General: When using your ult, look in another direction then flick to where you want to fire it at the last second. By doing this you can trick your enemies into thinking you will fire it in another direction and they are less likely to move out of the way from where you eventually fire it.
D.va: you can jump around her and use wallclimb to mess up her tracking, sometimes even stand on top of her while firing your arrows into her. Once her mech is destroyed an easy way to kill the mini d.va is to bodyshot-melee her.
Orisa: you can flank and kill her with stormarrow before she has time to react since she usually pays attention to only what is in front of her shield. If you can't kill her, you'll at least force fortify giving your team a chance to push in afterwards.
Reinhardt: you can leap sideways to avoid shatter and if he charges towards your team, shoot a fully charged shot into him then activate stormarrow and shoot him and you should be able to kill him before he can connect to a wall.
Roadhog: if he ults, you can use walls to peak in and out while fireing your arrows into his headshot hitbox without taking much damage.
Winston: If you have a healer supporting you, don't be scared to take the fight when he jumps you. Aim for his head and use storm arrows. If he is ducking in and out of his shield, try to predict his pattern.
Zarya: you can usually predict when she is going to grav, make sure you leap back in time to avoid it and if the enemy doesn't have their dps ult ready or if your zen uses tranquility, you can dragon into the enemy grav to keep them from engageing on your stuck teammates.
Bastion: If bastion is set up on cart, find a position that you can ult from where the enemy team can't see you and where you are close enough so that the dragon spawns on top of the bastion. Most of the time he won't have enough time to react, get out of centry and get to safety before it kills him. If you don't have your ultimate and the bastion is being shielded, just peak corners and do as much damage as possible to the shield. If your team helps you destroy it quickly, bastion should be killable before they get the shield back up.
Doomfist: play on highground or close to walls so that if he seismic slams or rocket punches towards you, you can either climb up the wall or drop down from highground to avoid him. By constantly changing the height in which you play from, doomfist will have a hard time setting up a play against you.
Genji: if you are low on health, genji already used his dash and just activated his deflect, it is sometimes safer to turn around and walk back to your team for heals while he is stuck in his deflect animation. You walk slightly faster in the direction you are facing and Genji has a harder time hitting your head from behind once his deflect is gone.
Hanzo: from afar it's usually the one with good sonic placement who wins, but up close it's usually the one with stormarrows off-cooldown so make sure you have your abilities ready if you suspect the enemy hanzo, or any other hero for that matter flanking, or if you are flanking into him yourself.
Junkrat: stay out of his concusion mine range and make sure you save your leap to either dodge a primary coming straight at you or dodge one of his mines. When he ults, position yourself in an open space where you have time to destroy his tire before it reaches you.
Mcree: if he's close enough to stun you with his flashbang, save your leap and use it away from him right before he stuns you. You will keep the momentum and end up too far away for fan-the-hammer and it will be a lot more difficult for him to hit you while you are moving.
Mei: learn how long iceblock lasts for if she doesn't exit it early. Mei is mostly picked to stall the point/payload so most players will wait out the whole iceblock to get as much time as possible. While she is still in iceblock, line up a headshot and fire it right before the iceblock ends. She will get headshot instantly before she can move or use any abilities.
Pharah: you can fire sonic arrow up onto high walls or buildings where pharah is most likely to fly. Pharahs move more predictably while rounding corners than while in the open since they think they're more safe so you can prefire to hit her just as she appears. You should generally play on highground vs pharahs since it gives you an angle where a bigger part of her body is visible and you are able to headshot her. If she is being pocketed by a mercy, use storm arrow on her to get her low, she might not die, but she will leave the fight for some seconds, lowering the pressure on the rest of your team.
Reaper: on maps with highground reapers will usually use their teleport ability to get there. If you push forward, keeping yourself hidden from the rest of the enemy, and position yourself close to where you think he will teleport to, you can headshot him when he appears since he is stuck in his animation.
Soldier: if you hear him use his ultimate, quickly peak around walls to try and headshot him. Soldiers usually run out in the open to get a bigger view for their visor. His ult doesn't do a lot of burst damage so you can peak a couple of times without losing too much health.
Sombra: if you expect her to emp, activate storm arrow beforehand. Even if you get hacked you will remain in your storm arrow mode.
Symmetra: She is surprisingly easy to headshot despite her small character, so don't be scared of getting up close to her, you can also play higher up than her to make sure her secondary can't hit the ground below you for splash damage.
Torbjorn: if he is hammering his turret, try headshotting him before dealing with the turret, he has a big headshot hitbox and is standing relatively still while hammering.
Tracer: if you hit the tracer with a bodyshot and she is close enough you can finish her off with a melee and if she is slightly too far away you can leap towards her before meleeing. If she rewinds you can try to predict where she was 3 seconds ago and fire there just as she reappears for a poggers kill.
Widowmaker: if you are out in the open with a widowmaker shooting at you, activate storm arrow and fire at her. You can dodge around more freely since you don't have to charge your arrows and the widowmaker has to reposition if she can't kill you quickly enough since the storm of arrows will kill her if she stands still.
Ana: use your leap to dodge her sleepdart or biotic grenade. Don't underestimate an ana in a 1v1, she can hit you easily from afar so get to close to medium range before engaging her. You can also flank her and line up a headshot since she usually stays rather still while healing her team.
Brigitte: bait her shieldbash and leap away from it while firing either primary fire or storm arrows at her. If she is low you can leap towards her and melee. If she is close and pretty low you can leap towards her so that you pass trough her shield and are able to shoot her. Just make sure she doesn't have shield bash up.
Lucio: shoot at him while he is wallriding or just jumped from a wall since his movement is predictable.
Mercy: shoot her while she is flying towards someone in guardian angel since her movement is predictable. She is also easy to hit while in valkarye, so if you are a good shot don't think twice about shooting her down, two consecutive body shots will kill her despite her self regeneration.
Moira: break line of sight by using walls if she has her primary on you. If she uses damage orb towards you it's sometimes better to jump towards it than away since it will break line of sight faster (since it's already moving towards you). She has a very small and strangely moving hitbox so your best bet to kill her quickly is going fora mix of headshots and bodyshots with stormarrows.
Zenyatta: remember he can see you trough walls while he has his discord orb on you, so wait until it gets removed by hiding behind an object before peaking corners without a shield.

Actually against Reaper you basically cant 2 shot him bcuz full charged arros does 125 hp and if Reaper hits you even once he regens enough health (At least 1) To survive it!

You can add to the bastion one. You can use the rapid fire and kill him if you hit most shots and you don't have to flank and even without the damage boost. A big plus as well is that even when he is shooting you and you do this, you will still end up killing him before he kills you, and if so he leaves you with around 70 hp

All those situations would be "free or easy targets" for almost all ranged DPS characters in the game...
