This is the most stupid and ignorant comment , yet I see people repost it over and over again .. as a Hindu myself it goes against the basic tenets of sanatan dharm . If the atman is a part of the Brahman , literally every living and non living thing is part of Brahman . Krishna when he said “I am Brahman” was echoing this philosophy, rather than claim he is God . Actually it is utter stupidity to misinterpret his words and sound exactly like Christians and Muslims who also claim the same thing for Jesus and Allah
Goes to show the number of ignorant Hindus out there by the number of times I have seen this comment reposted😅

" A Fellow Hindu said this, that there is no such concept exists as Conversion in our Faith but The People just return seeking their Absolute Eternal Truth which is called Sanathana Satya and Dharma is The Righteous Duty of Protecting it as Their Way of Life.
for example, a Plant Produces a White Flower has its identity and it must not be changed no matter how much people try to Color it other ways, It's The Righteous People's Divine Duty to keep it as it is since it's the Creation of God. His/Her Decision must never be Interfered or Challenged...
Let The People Evolve with Experience n Time instead of changing the Color of their Divine Spirit... "

Plant or Tree cannot change the color of the leaf on their own because they lack a Brain, Consciousness, Sentience and Intelligence. But, humans can change their DNA naturally on their own and consciously through spiritual processes. No other creature can do this.

There are officially 21-22 different Qurans themselves with drastic changes in them. For example, in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, the Quran they follow is a different Quran than one people from Africa reads. Some scholar guy compared all these available qurans and found 70,000-90,000 differences in those. So to answer your question, no, the Quran is not preserved, and many even claim it was just the creation of people.

This is a lie. The Quran is preserved in its original form. It's the only religious text that is preserved.
      Torah:
The Torah (Law) is the name of the book of Prophet Moses. The Jews and the Christians use this name for the first 5 books of Old Testament: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Together they are called ‘Pentateuch’. Pentateuch was believed to have been written by Moses. He is probably to be dated in the fifteenth to thirteenth century BC and the belief that he wrote Pentateuch continued up to the 18th century CE; and this was in-spite of the inherent impossibilities of this belief, like the account of the death of Moses himself.
In the 18th century, some Christian scholars started what is now known as ‘higher criticism’. Their views are now accepted by majority of Christians. They proved that the Pentateuch was not written by Moses; that it is not even work of a single man or single era; that it contains the works of unknown number of people right up-to 1,000 years after the death of Moses.
Rev. W. K. L. Clarke in his Concise Bible Commentary1 gives the following timetable and sequence of editing:
The book says that by the end of the 19th century, it was generally recognized that there were four main sources in the Pentateuch, to be assigned to 9th, 8th, 7th and 5th or 4th centuries BC respectively.
“The first book at the Pentateuch shows three characteristic styles illustrated by Genesis l, Genesis 2 and Deuteronomy and the documents marked by these styles were first to be noticed.”
"The obviously early source begins in Gen. 2:4. This source is called ‘J’ after the ‘J’ of Jehovah (pronounced Jahweh). 'J’ is generally thought to have been put into written form about 850 BC.
“Another source...is D, so called from the book of Deuteronomy, which was the book law discovered in Josiah’s reign.
“The third source is called Priestly document, P for short. The writer is particularly interested in legislation and most of the laws of Exodus and all those of Leviticus and Numbers belong to P. A large part of the Priestly Code is believed to have been composed in Babylonia and brought to Jerusalem by Ezra in 397 BC. How much of P was omitted in final compilation of Pentateuch we have no means of knowing. Nothing has been said yet about a subordinate source found in Lev. 17-28 and known as the Code of Holiness, H for short. It was adopted into P but evidently had a separate history... Opinion is divided as to its date, whether it was written before 586 or whether exiled priests after the fall of the city committed to writing the Temple traditions ..:”
“Now comes the fourth source. After taking P, D and J from the Pentateuch a considerable amount of material remains, parallel to J, but in Genesis using Elohim for God and not Yahweh. This non-P Elohim matter begins in Gen. 20: 1-7... Altogether E is more mature religiously and is thought to have reached written form about 750 BC”
These are the four main sources of Pentateuch. How they were compiled to form the Pentateuch?
“The first step was to combine J and E. This must have been done after the fall of Samaria in 721 BC. The two were combined in a document which is called JE.”
“Then in 621 Deuteronomy was discovered, or at least a large part of it. The next stage was to put JE, and D together. This will have taken place during the exile... A perceptible amount of editing of JE took place.”
“P was written in Babylonia and brought to Jerusalem by Ezra in 397 BC. Later, editors used it as a frame work and incorporated JED, thus producing the Pentateuch ... in about 300 BC.”
We might as well sum it up in the words of the commentator himself. “Probably a multitude of persons have combined to give us Genesis (etc.), covering in their lives a span of 1,000 years.” And this book, compiled 1,000 years after Moses is called the Book of Moses! But it appears from the same authorities that probably it was not attributed to Moses till 200 BC!
Even that minority of the Christian scholars which still holds fast to the theory of Mosaic authorship of the Pentateuch has to admit that it must have been re-written by the subsequent generations to modernize the language. This concession has to be given because “it is hardly probable that the Hebrew of Moses’ day was like that of Biblical Hebrew.” (See the Westminster Dictionary of the Bible under “Pentateuch”)
The Bible itself states, explicitly or implicitly, that the Torah was destroyed twice: First, in the time of Nebuchadnezzer; after a long time, it was restored or re-written by Ezra. Second time, it was ruthlessly destroyed by Antiochus. Nothing is known as to how it was restored.
The early Christian scholars believed that there was no proof of the authenticity of the Old Testament until Jesus came and confirmed it. But, in fact, Jesus has never confirmed the Old Testament (which comprises of 39 or 46 books). He speaks about the authenticity of the ‘Law’ only.
If further proof is needed, one has only to compare the old manuscripts known as ‘Dead Sea Scroll’ with the relevant parts of the present Old Testament, to find out how great the differences are between the two.2 We are not concerned with the judgment as to which writing is more acceptable. What we are concerned with is the fact that the scribes were free long before the coming of Jesus to add, subtract, change and alter the texts of the books attributed to the Israeli prophets including the book or books of Prophet Musa (a.s.).
Bible: A century after the launch of the church, hundreds of letters and books explained who Jesus was and what he did and how to live as his follower. It became clear that some of these writings weren't authentic. Church members began to ask which books should be followed and which ignored. Eventually, Christian church leaders worldwide gathered to answer major questions, including which books should be regarded as "Scripture." These gatherings included the Council of Nicea in A.D. 325 and the First Council of Constantinople in A.D. 381After a few decades of debate, these councils largely settled which books should be included in the Bible.
This show that bible that you follow is not actually the word of god but stories written by people who came after jesus. So there is a lot of chance for error.

No one knows the origin of hindu texts. If it was a true religion and had an eternal truth then it should have been available for everyone. Why is that tge lower cast hindus are not allowed to read the vedas? Why is it only for selected people? Beacuse if it truly was from god then it should be for all his people.

The Birmingham Qur’an Manuscript contains parts of surahs 18-20 of the Islamic holy book, written on parchment in an early form of Arabic script known as Ḥijāzi.
The result of radiocarbon dating of the parchment on which the text is written places the manuscript in the period between 568 and 645 with 95.4% probability.
Bosworth Smith, a Catholic historian and biographer, stated in his provocative book, Mohammed and Mohammedanism, “We have a book absolutely unique in its origin, in its preservation, and in the chaos of its contents, but on the authenticity of which no one has ever been able to cast a serious doubt.”
Philip Hitti, a Maronite Christian from Lebanon and a leading scholar of Arabic Studies in the United States, states that “Modern critics agree that the copies current today are almost exact replicas of the original mother-text as compiled by Zayd, and that, on the whole, the text of the Koran today is as Muhammad produced it. As some Semitic scholar remarked, there are probably more variations in the reading of one chapter of Genesis in Hebrew than there are in the entire Koran.”
Stanley Lane Poole, a British orientalist, who was Professor of Arabic studies at Dublin University, wrote, “It is an immense merit in the Kur-an that there is no doubt as to its genuineness [...] that very word we can now read with full confidence that it has remained unchanged through nearly thirteen hundred years.”
John Burton, professor of Arabic at the University of Edinburgh, says in the closing sentence of his magnum opus, The Collection of the Qur’ān, that the Qur’ān as we have it today, is “the text which has come down to us in the form in which it was organized and approved by the Prophet [...]. What we have today in our hands is the Muṣḥaf of Muhammad.”
Denise Masson, French islamologist, said in the introduction of her French translation of the Qur’ān, “Eventually, in spite of these points of debate, we can say that the text presently in our possession contains the criteria of a substantial fidelity.”
Hamilton A. R. Gibb, one of the leading orientalists of the twentieth century, writes, “It seems reasonably well established that no material changes were introduced and that the original form and contents of Mohammed’s discourses were preserved with scrupulous precision.”
Charles Cutler Torrey, an orientalist and Semitic scholar, stated that the Qur’ān “lies before us practically unchanged from the form which he himself [i.e. Muhammad] gave it.”
      R. V. C. Bodley, the American orientalist, proclaimed, “Today there is no possible doubt that the Koran which is read wherever there are Moslems is the same version as that translated from Hafsa’s master copy.”

    2. Knowing the the right thing/reality (Jnana). Knowing the true nature of reality.

If there is any religion that is very reliable in this modern times as well, it is for sure Hinduism (Sanatana Dharma).
For Hindus, at the root level spirituality and science go hand in hand. I don't hesitate to say that the concepts of Hinduism are way forward to understand from modern science prospective.
Hinduism does not encourage in 'BLIND BELIEF" concept unlike the other religions. It encourages people to question and question and keep questioning until you don't get satisfied from within.....

    • @Amuse-tj4tp
      @Amuse-tj4tp 14 днів тому

@@Unofficial-zd4cg Brother the answer is very simple..... it is for convenient conversation with other people. If you want an example here is one :- If I have to fill a form, lets say for a job I am required to use my "name" and not just say "I am you and you are me and a name is not necessary" it doesn't work like that, to navigate the material world you have to use material tools... philosophy is for the plane of mind and not for the material realm.

    • @Unofficial-zd4cg
      @Unofficial-zd4cg 14 днів тому

@@Amuse-tj4tp I understand this well, but why use the label 'Hindu'? It seems to reflect the ego identifying with a particular group, which creates division and, consequently, conflict. When someone says, "Proud to be a Hindu," what does that mean? It suggests the ego takes pride in following certain beliefs and practices perceived as superior. And what exactly is a 'Hindu' or 'Sanatani'? I have never encountered anyone identifying themselves as such in ancient texts or the Upanishads.
Even in daily life, why label yourself as 'Hindu' when you could simply say you don't follow any religion? After all, Hinduism was never originally a religion.

You are correct that it is the journey that's important. Shiva, krishna or Durga are called Trikaal darshi as they can see past present and future. So so even all your decisions and actions that you will take in future are already kind of predetermined. So even though its is already set when or how your soul reaches the ultimate truth the soul still has to make the journey. All in order to understand why the decision were made or those actions were taken by you. Even Matrix uses this as a conversation between Neo and the Oracle.

As a Hindu, im a seeker and open to information from any insight of any tradition. It actually didn't take me that long to figure out that, unfortunately, Christianity, islam, and even Judaism were really just political constructs made for the sole purposes of crowd control by imperialistic regimes. If you are indeed anything to do with god or discovery of spiritual nature, why would mediums, ie those with access to insight into the spiritual world, be threatened and punished by stoning? Where is the search or investigation? Where is dialogue or the spirit of learning? I'm fully convinced that these systems are purely political for the very fact that they dont tolerate any viewpoint that is incongruent with their own.
You see, amerindians, native Australians, Maoris, Mbuntu, kahunas, Shinto, Daoists, and Hindus, have no problem with anyone. But these three, with the one book and only true god have a problem with everyone. Why?
Their missions either preceded or appeared rapidly after the wholesale murder, looting, and rapine of a society. Why? Yet they make it a point to stress to the world that they believe in love and peace!
Buddhists never need to tell anyone anything about themselves. Everyone knows it already. It's simply called propaganda. We need to recognise political machinery and term it what it is.
Christian seekers such as Emmanuel Swedenborg soon found parallels in his visions and spiritual journeys with a worldview not to dissimilar to the Hindu one. Because he was a seeker, not a believer. The queen of Sweden placed him under royal patronage and protection from non other than the christian church lest he be tried for heresy and burnt by the inquisitors. Now, isn't that something? To be protected by those who talk and preach about love and God. Interesting, isn't it.

This life is full of suffering and enjoyment but these are all temporary so our goal is to get out of this concept of enjoyment and suffering that is done with yoga. Yoga can lead to salvation it has nothing to do with enjoyment of the journey because enjoyment is done through senses. But Shri Krishna says one must live life with devotion and only enjoy God by transcendental senses and not the journey in this material world.

In the Revelation texts, The Second Coming of Christ is mentioned as Him coming on a White Horse to Judge.
In the Hadith texts of Islam, it is described that Al-Mahdi would come on a White Horse during Doomsday.
Interestingly, way before the Abrahamic Texts, the various Purāṇas of Sanātana Dharma talk about the Descent of Kalki Avatāra on a White Horse called Devdutt, around 427k years from now, when the Kali-Yuga ends. There's a lot more detail about this in the Purāṇas: The birth place of Kalki, His parents and their names, how He will train Himself in spiritual knowledge and ethical warfare, etc. The planetary positions are also mentioned in the Bhāgavata Mahā Purāṇa, indicating the time He would descend.
