I'm sure this builder is aware of rust and did a good job underneath to protect it. Why would he spend money on just cosmetic restore. He gets 4 stars from me!

i donno about how much you've cash but u should get 2013 body panels ( front/tail lights, bumpers mirrors and merc wheels ) now it's just good Restauration

With a large enough saw + file you can turn 1986 G-wagon into 2018 G63, just like that! I particularly like the hanging version of Bowers & Wilkins at the back.
Rims would complete the cat

You're both nobs. Body work, wheel arches, new interior, new trim, wheels, undercarriage coated, paint, and whatever they may have done under the hood/bonnet..
