Maybe a little weathering to match the truck towing it. Make the jack pivot up out of the way or remove it. Would be cool to match rims/tires to the truck pulling it also. Cool accessory.
Another great video brother, maybe unbolt the trailer jack and make a metal strap like the one holding it on, but one that goes all the way around the jack and meets itself, drill a hole in the strap and attach it with one bolt tightened but loose enough to swivel it. Then put a second nut on the bolt, so you can lock the nuts together and they don't work loose. Just a thought brother. As for the paint, maybe a two tone with a cream color to match the 4runner and another color of your choice. Have a good day bro and keep the video's coming lol.
Neat looking trailer, I think It would look nice with some paint and weathering. Would be cool if the trailer jack could pivot up out of the way, as is it looks like it would find about every stick, root and rock on the trail. Been really enjoying the content on this channel, don't often get around to commenting but really great work as always. 👍
Just ordered one from integy looks like it’s gonna be about 3 weeks for delivery can’t wait for it to get here . I won’t deal with Amazon anymore cause they screwed up my account and I ended up being overdrawn on my bank account so I ordered directly from integy . I’ve already got lots of accessories I’m gonna add to it and I’ll be towing it with my Rc4wd Cross Country 👍🏻
Kinda looks like one of the live bear traps they have in Canada lol cool trailer man. Im always inspired to start building RC's I also found one of those really big red drop top car i found it at a antique store caint wait wanna build a frame. Thanx for the inspiration
That is a really nice. Better than i thought after looking at it. I always wanted one too. I was gonna say..I know paint it black.Or weather it. I think a combination of flat black and gloss black with some rust weathering. Also get nicer marker lights. Stand alone lights.Like the FJ40. The lights are the only thing i don't like on that trailer. I pretty sure you don't like them either. Thanks for Sharing!!
Huge fan of the overlanding stuff myself your arb rc4wd ten video and I want it and now that I saw this one I can’t decide between this or a single car towing trailer 😅 love the video and the set up
I like it. I'd love to see some irl overlanding With the scale overlander, like going to expos with it next to the real one. Get them the same color and accessories so you can't tell the difference. ;P I love your channel and the new garage. Well new to me, cause i just found you over the last few months but this says its already 2 years old. Im just catching up.
Congratulations on the influential thing, hope that turns into something awesome. Let the trailer tell you what it wants. You could always remove the trailer jack and put on of your jackstands in the sidebox of the trailer, assuming you decide to weather, or perhaps age the trailer. (Like it got damaged and the trailer jack is missing)
Roger that will keep that in mind I plan on building a Traxus slash 2wd modifed for road course racing but not offical event racer but a outlaw road rippering basher build I hear alot about faulty aftermarket parts out there so I'm not yet sure what to buy for the upgrades but I'm open to advice and suggestions I'm not a noob I just have been out of the game for awhile building full scale stuff and there is a lot of new technology out there
I’m thinking its kinda cool. I’m also thinking ya could have saved some money and removed the tent section and put it on your 4Runner. Then you would have what it looks like, a utility trailer. Just a thought.
You're doing a class at USTE 2020?!?! That's awesome! I'll be in, I always like to see how other people approach stuff. If you need any help with getting materials or anything, let me know and I can hook you up.
Yes sir. Rob said he is handling all the supplies for the classes so i think he will be getting them from you. I think I have finally found the right piece for weathering and hope to do a test run here pretty soon.
DEFINITELY needs paint. I say low gloss black or dark grey. I don't think I would weather it so much but maybe MAYBE give it a gently used look. I don't like the price at all, honestly but I suppose when you don't have many options this is what you're faced with
@@RCeveryday Yeah i saw that. unfortunately its a different tent. the one they sell with their trailer is perfect, the standalone isn't quite right. it's tan and the ladder is weird looking.
I like the scale stuff, but that might be a little too much scale for me. It does look pretty sweet, can't say as I have seen any in real life being pulled by beat up old anything. See a lot of them behind over priced Jeeps. I hear ya on the heat though, doing anything in the garage or outside after 10am is just miserable, and I live in Idaho. 90 degrees sucks let along that 100.
Sorry, but that scores a -20 for realism for me. that material is stacks of levels of too thick, completely ruining any possibility that it won't look like a Barbie accessory.
I recall your disappointment with a certain surprise blind bag. I appreciate your honesty and upfront admission about the Amazon page

Great un boxing...great review. ..thanks man

Awesome news just got an email from integy it should be here Monday won’t have to wait the 3 weeks after all 👍🏻
Shop turned out real nice🤙
Nice little trailer.
Thx for peaking my interest in overland
Looks like it's a space to put spare batteries and the jack should pull and turn sideways so it doesn't drag if it's as scale as it looks.

Cool trailer
I've bought Integy shock for two rigs and they work great.
Nice video, think a small amount of weather would look cool

I like it just the way it is. Just let outdoor use weather it!
That’s cool man looks very scale 👍
You could build a hinge for the jack stand like my tent trailer had in real live
I like it! even tho its integy lol gotta weather the trailer for sure
Awesome trailer. I would deck the s*** out of that trailer. You have some of the best rig builds I’ve ever seen.
Very cool enjoy it!
Looking forward to. 👍✔NC MOUNTAINS ❤
First thanks for amazing vids
Friends don't let friends buy integy.......(or traxxas) 😁 jk. Trailer is dope bro!! 👍👍

Another great video, are you still planning on doing another Chevy K10?
One day I will. Just not in the plans right now. I keep hoping someone will create a complete body for one so i dont have to try and hack it together.

@@RCeveryday Awesome! Yeah, I know Rob will be hitting me up around January. lol
Needs to be weathered I think. Or painted olive drab.
You should make it the colour of the 4 runner so the match
Hi we’re did you get this trailer from
cant the trailer jack tilt for clearance?
No it is fixed upright.
DEFINITELY needs paint. I say low gloss black or dark grey. I don't think I would weather it so much but maybe MAYBE give it a gently used look.

Just ordered mine, I sure hope that bronze is not what they’re calling gun metal.....
It is Lol
RC Everyday dammit!
Have you attempted a disassembly to repaint yet?
man i wish they just sold the tent part of this.
Rc4wd does sell a tent by itself. Just like this but different fabric. It was ARB brand
@@RCeveryday Yeah i saw that. unfortunately its a different tent. the one they sell with their trailer is perfect, the standalone isn't quite right. it's tan and the ladder is weird looking.
How did you build that garage?
I’ve got the entire build here; ua-cam.com/play/PLAMkddeJPSswljDZf9o1mOc8JLgzSEIho.html

I have the 1/10 tamiya hilux, if I were to get this what hitch should I get? I can’t seem to find a hitch for the hilux that would suit this
Rc4wd.com has a variety of hitch bumpers for the hilux
@@RCeveryday will check it out. Thankyou
Just go trailing.
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh
I don't know man ! I just don't see the point in having this !
It's about scale realism and it's a part of the hobby. No real point besides being cool as heck! lol
@@norsevikingsir4932 I know I get that but I just can't see spending that kind of money on something so useless! Maybe a car trailer but this na
Sorry, but that scores a -20 for realism for me. that material is stacks of levels of too thick, completely ruining any possibility that it won't look like a Barbie accessory.
Small little stickers or decals on the trailer would be easier than painting/dismantling..
