I watched prep medic for a while, that's how I learned about Israeli bandages. I have a couple in my kit but have taken the outside cover of them. There still kept sterile in the second wrap but it's one less layer to remove in a hurry. The first responders course sounds good, I've taken so many courses over the decades the last one the instructor got me to demonstrate a 2 man log roll with no instructions. Hope you and your family are well, stay safe 🐼 atvb 👍🦊

Great video and a great set up mate, in my opinion you can’t have too much first aid training of all levels, lots of the techniques change over the years so it’s good to keep up to date, I have to renew my 3 day first aid ticket every 3 years for work so that keeps me current but I also think it’s something that should be taught in schools, in an emergency situation any first aid knowledge is better than doing nothing, keep up the good work bruv

You and me both bruv, I did the emergency first person on scene years ago which was brilliant, went into it in a lot more detail, cannulation, intubation as well as more complicated procedures, that ran out ages ago and it’s too much money plus 5 days off work to renew so I won’t be doing that, I’m like you with F/A kits all round the house and in every vehicle as well as my bigger kits in the Shogun and work van. I’d rather be looking at it than for it as that say

Looking at the amount of kit, I would actively recommend that you do the Responder course that you mention. First Aid instruction use of chest seals isn't even a thing, and more underpinning knowledge is needed (although you do have the TA knowledge that others may not). We teach the FREC suite of qualifications, ands you should be able to find a credible centre somewhere near you. Do your due diligence though, there are those that teach their own versions of first responder courses. Give me a shout on UK Prepper's forum if you want any advice.

Nice kit, you didn't mention cleaning swipes, but I assume you have them.
I would split the gloves into separate pairs in bags, if you are covered in blood, you will contaminate all of them if in a single bag, I would also stick a couple of pairs in each section of your bag so which ever pocket you open, you will have gloves.
I would get a CPR mask in a solid case, much better than the disposable versions (which are also handy to have for multiple victims)
And lastly swap the torch for a headtorch, leaves the hands free for sticking on plasters 🙂 also not really a FA item, but a pair of rigger type gloves would be handy if you need to move stuff to get to victims

@@pandaoutdoors4x4s The very fact that you are prepared to put it out there, will help many people.
We need UK posters like you to show that prepping is not all about guns, ammo and gas masks, but about getting ready to deal with every day problems
