Fun fact: Mules are the offspring specifically of a male donkey and female horse, where a hinny is the offspring of a male horse and a female donkey. But regardless, both are actually sterile creatures. I think Minecraft takes that into account, as well, as mules in-game can't be bred.
Also, the rat king is a horrid thing among rats. They get their tails tied together and it's usually a death sentence for all of them because they can't generally escape. IIRC, it's called what it is because it resembles a crown made of rats. But I could be wrong.

When you put that bone serpent in the lake, I was immediately inspired to build a village near water that is plagued by the bone demon of the lake! The way it dips in and out of the water!! Very cool.
