    Please could you give some examples of different kinds (heavy, average, low) of patches and multis and how much RAM they use?

    Apart from fast loading, does nvme SSD offload the usage of ram and cpu.... While playing the samples/voice....? Thank you.

    What's the pack that has the Hope U Know Lead? It's at 1:27 If I'm not mistaken, that's the same bass used in A$AP Rocky's L$D. Play back the beginning of the song then this and it's quite identical.

    How much RAM would you recommend for this bad boy? 32gb costs an extra £400 on the macbook pro. Do I need it?

      No more ram won’t help much versus fastest single core speed and fast ssd. It will if you compose epic film scores though.

    Using 3 and 4 in general totally changes preset sounds that use fx... this would not be something to advice unexperienced users

      Yes true Jules, I guess it depends on how much CPU you really need to save. Sometimes send effects in your DAW can be used instead to save CPU like with Reverb and Delay.
      Sincerely,
      Mike

    Hi Mike, thank you very much! I've two Questions, could you make a tutorial of the "Granular" Feature and on what Latenzy are you running Logic.

    • @mikaelbaggstrom
      @mikaelbaggstrom  4 роки тому +1

      Great suggestion, I will add it to my video idea list! =)
      I assume you mean "buffer size" in Logic, if I am recording parts I usually have it on 128. But if I don't record parts live from my MIDI Keyboard I set it at 512, which adds more latency but saves CPU. =)
      Sincerely,
      Mike

      Mikael Baggström What Space they have? 500 GB? Did you connect them via adapter sata iii - USB 3.0? Is it enough for omnisphere? How many sounds can you use at once by one disc?

    • @mikaelbaggstrom
      @mikaelbaggstrom  4 роки тому +1

      Different sizes, biggest I have is 2TB. For only Omnisphere I think 500GB is enough. But I have more things on them.
