Vanderbilt came to play against a better team...and won! period. Florida estate way superior to most of the D1 teams could not figure out a way to win it; they expected their opponents to just roll over. Tough lesson, no matter how good you are, you still have to fight...FSU players are going to remember this one for a while...good, next time, they will come ready to play. I am routing for Duke, Wake Forest, or Virginia Tech... I think they have what it takes to win it. Arkansas and Michigan St. are strong and direct, but I don't think have enough to win it.
I was honestly shocked when I saw this result. I expected FSU to take it all this year, or at least make the Final 4. This has to be the biggest upset of the season. Although I guess without Christina Roque and Onyi Echegini, the Noles are really feeling their absence.

But if the ref actually stops their clock for every delay in the game like they do in some other sports, it could be a great idea for battling time wasting

With all due respect, you can’t see from this camera angle. She could’ve had her back foot still on the line but it appears that way. You can even hear the ref say “at least one foot on the line before the ball is kicked”

That’s legal. You can move laterally along the line whenever and as much as you want. As long as she doesn’t come forward off the line with both feet.
