As someone with issues squatting or lunging, this is great. I'm working my way through one of your plans at the moment, so this will be on my list.

Should be able to do this with resistance bands, if you prefer..or don't have an appropriate-weight db.

Or just use heavy ankle weights.
There's no such thing as "heavy" ankle weights. They weigh around 8kgs at most.
@@rossbrown6029 they have these shoes that have a hook and u can put any weight dumbbell on it to progress. I think it’s from kneesovedtoesguy.
