Thoughts on having a cheat meal per week? As long as it’s under maintenance calories.
if it suits you then go for it. 1 meal will not ruin the week but 1 whole day can.
Keto and Energy, two things are in confrontation. The reason is that Keto is extremely unhealthy. There is no places on the planet where population eats keto. All long life populations, blue zone use predominantly plant based diets.
