Good choices Dave! This has been a year of such extremes. For every Spider-Gwen, you have a Guts, from most of the big companies. My top 10 has been moving around every day this month, so I just gotta settle for the top 5 which are kinda set in stone.
    1. SHF Chainsaw Man
    2. SHF Kamen Rider Geats MagnumBoost
    3. SHF Orochimaru
    4. Mafex Nightwing
    5. Transformers Legacy Armada Optimus Prime

I am in love with the Chester Cheetah figure. He is so much fun to play with, pose and photo. Definitely the most fun figure I have

Wow, I'm so excited about the new equipment you mentioned! I'm so glad you did that, that is going to be really fun I think, all kinds of new fun stuff for the channel. Since you've been professionally involved in fitness related things and wrestling related things, as well as choreography and martial arts, you can make some interesting videos where you teach people various things, show your old fitness routines and new ones and things you learned and tips and tricks, there are so many new things you can add to the channel, making the channel about you and your life and personality and reactions, as well as everything else it has already been about, but you can travel through Japan when you have the time, talk about past jobs and stories, review movies and songs and albums you're reminiscing about or new things you're seeing and reacting to,
there are so many ways in which you can branch out and bring in new people and introduce them to your personality and they will stick around so long as it is entertaining and funny throughout, because so many presenters on UA-cam are barely really funny or entertaining and they offer very little overall, just one thing or whatever and their personalities often don't come off as very friendly or enjoyable, and that is what I think you have as an advantage, a nice and happy and playful channel and vibe that is largely for the disenchanted and ignored generation of 28-50 year old people,
the people who grew up in the 80s and 90s and are into things older than that and are still invested in a lot of pop culture, technology, staying young (including health and fitness aspects, not heavy handed but it is still of interest to our demographic, a lot of us want to know how to be young again, fit again, lose weight, gain muscle, maintain muscle, exercise, removing swelling, all that stuff which you actually know about and haven't been taking advantage of too much over UA-cam and you could help people a lot, then you have your psychology stuff you did, you knowledge about auditions, getting jobs like you have, now even the landscaping work,
it may seem all random, but huge amounts of people are actually interested and find such real life and down to earth things funny and entertaining and they learn from it also, they learn from past struggles and stories and funny things that happened to you, so you should extend those possibly outside of just livestreams and into focused videos where you might tell people about something you learned or whatever, you can give little lessons in Japanese as you're learning and people in the comments may also end up teaching more things, you could help your audience learn so much while having fun!
The boring things are when you're distracted from the audience or just giving mere information, but when you present things with opinions and do it in a funny or ridiculous way, no matter what you talk about becomes fun and funny, and it would be pretty unique to UA-cam also. Even without reacting to videos like many do (and those are often very successful videos for people), just from your experiences past and present, and your knowledge about things, you can make so much content that makes your channel one with a reputation of being very friendly and real with people and hopefully full of jokes and silliness that helps people to relax and feel comfortable to lighten up and joke around themselves.
As tensions grow everywhere for lots of reasons, seeing that a friendly person is out there who has a lot to say about anything and everything and who is real and sincere while keeping a humorous attitude would be a huge comfort for a lot of people, I've already seen people commenting about how watching your videos have kept their moods in a better place during their difficulties, and now you can do it in so many more ways, you can show the realities of working in Japan and how to do it and what is necessary to know, how to ace various kinds of exams like how you did your courses and how to balance study, work, and making videos, you can teach how you've succeeded in auditions and mistakes you might have made or things you thought were mistakes which weren't, or various things which made you nervous or which were challenging which a lot of people could relate to even if they aren't specifically performing the same tasks or jobs.
I think what a lot of people have been liking in other other channels I've been looking at, like Kyle Kulinski's Secular Talk for example, are when a person seems like they are willing to just appear on camera casually (like the olden days of UA-cam) and just talk about anything for a little while, not necessarily always needing slick production values or anything but seeming like a real person out there and giving the impression of being very authentic while also being funny at the same time and not heavy-handed about anything. A lot of people have been praising Kyle Kulinski's lower quality videos where he has just appeared seemingly speaking from his bed or something, just talking to people as if he knows them and in a comfortable and casual way as if he is speaking to his own friends or family members.
So if you can also make videos that are very candid seeming, where you just want to talk about anything on your mind, however silly, like thoughts on some random comic book, or film, or whatever, in the style of people like penguinz who has often seemed to make videos in a sort of candid "hey I just wanted to talk about this thing" type of way, that might be one version also, that could easily bulk up the content that you produce throughout the day, and you could also consider multiple uploads released throughout the day to catch people at different time zones (and you could potentially make references to the other videos released before or after in case people catch one of the videos but aren't notified of the others that are released around the same time).
I'm hoping for a lot of growth in 2024, but even if not, thank you for making the videos and you'll still hopefully have all the nice regulars who are dedicated to the channel as their main form of online entertainment, which is what this channel functions as for me too, my main form of entertainment, socializing online, news and gossip, collecting information, comic information, whatever, but you can expand it so much more and make it even more of a one stop channel where people can frequently and regularly receive almost everything they could ever want except disturbing or depressing stuff which will mainly be limited, if ever, except lighter media and entertainment related "bad news" should still be acceptable,
but it is fine to keep politics mainly out of the channel, except the vast majority of all people on Earth seem to generally agree about what is basically right and wrong and your opinions have never seemed to be anything different from the 90s morals we were raised with (as well as cartoon, comic book, and teen film morality and comedy we were raised with, which was all the best, Bugs Bunny, Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, we are likely way better off mentally or ethnically than the generations without those things before ours and after ours, and your audience is mostly people familiar with that stuff, having grown up with it and nicely indoctrinated with a pretty good basic morality of not causing suffering, not being racist, not making fun of people with problems or sicknesses, all that stuff that is secretly in all that media before the dark times).
Since Model Behaviour is a channel theme too, one nice thing to see, is encouraging not only a good attitude but also nice ethics, nice business ethics, good gestures, charitable actions, friendliness, politeness, kindness to people, which I've seen a lot of on this channel, and it is something that seems lacking in modern media and a lot of "influencers" don't seem to be very nice or generous people really, even if they give to charities and make a big show out of it, it isn't the same as just a person being nice and actually having consideration for people and thinking ethically and mentioning it (which you have regularly in various stories and I've always appreciated your sharing your thought processes which present important moral dilemmas and how you resolve ethical considerations that you think about).

The issue (?) with the X-Men '97 figs is the ever so slightly more cartoony faces. They are great versions of classic X characters, but this cartoon modelling just separates them from the purely comic based versions. Another head swap would have covered both bases? And Gambits pink looks off... definitely a step back for him.

In the 90s and early 2000s even, toys like the Optimus Prime that Flame Toys is selling for so much were just easy going prices like one could even find stuff for 10 dollars or something even if it was quite large, but when these companies saw that people can be pushed to pay practically any price, they wanted to see (pretty un-ethically) how far they could get people to buy things for, and then only slightly reducing the prices to try to convince a few more people to buy these figures at insane prices, even the "third party" or "no name" versions are being sold at pretty extortionist seeming prices that are unfair and really never actually worth the price,
marking up prices insane amounts like way more what everything is worth, so that even at their manufacturing cost being very high, it isn't nearly ever justifying how much they actually charge, and all this started unfairly occurring over the last 30 or 20 years, even less really, maybe 15 to 20 years since I could still find figures using a lot of plastic and with a lot of parts and accessory, heavy, big, posable, fancy looking things (more fancy looking than a lot of the latest stuff) for very ordinary prices that would be considered a total steal these days. Due to a low demand (or even knowledge of) some of these figures, they can still be found for low prices because no one knows to even look for them, but they are sitting and collecting dust in various little shops or the homes of online sellers.
Now the online international shipping prices have also gone crazy, and other fees adding up to make the purchase of even very embarrassingly bad quality figures that are worth only a few coins at best are being sold for many hundreds of dollars, for example the nothing special non-posable Pokemon figurines like those of human characters which are just a few inches tall and do nothing and are not worth anything really, except that they are in such extremely high demand and are produced in limited enough quantities and runs that spike their prices (which is really pretty cruel of corporations to fans,
and only jerks willing to rip people off might benefit as everyone else suffers for the most part, but the corporations happily meet their quotas and goals without even trying hard or needing much advertising from the weird combination of those most desperate fans who are also possibly crazy as well as willing to part with large sums of money, people like myself probably, but not totally, as I've not exceeded around 200 Canadian for a single figure (but may have gotten close or been around there or something over for some really "rare" things, and also WHO CARES THAT IT IS "RARE" WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY I CAN BARELY SURVIVE IN THIS WORLD), but that is already pretty bad how things have been pushing in that direction.
It is all genuinely CRAP, and I wish people could organize and try to run these prices back down. Right now even the Grocery Stores here are ripping people off and making more money than ever before in their history because there is no price cap or regulation for what these companies can charge people and they have no morals, care, or ethics whatsoever, they don't care if people spend all their money and destroy themselves so long as they are enriched and stay on top.
I've justified all kinds of crap and crap decisions for pieces of crap because they might have some little extra plastic pieces that I may not ever end up using or anything. I find it easier to justify, in some cases, when someone has made a one of a kind piece of art, and usually those are less expensive at times than some of the mass produced pieces full of quality control issues in comparison to the fine work of individual talents who are decent enough also not to charge crazy prices for their work which is actually precious and really more worth it (though I'd never be able to own their artwork and customizations if they placed it at crazy prices like some try to do, like one guy in France selling a mediocre Lock-Up figure they crafted for what amounts to over 1300 CAD or something, 900 Euros).
It is nice when people have wasted so much of their own money and then they snap and end up hating everything and selling all their toys in a huge lot which divided ends up with a price per figure of something like 7 or 10 CAD for like over 40 figures or so for nearly 400 CAD, though I'd probably not buy it, that would be a deal and a way to get lots for a little, considering each individual figure is now 42 CAD here which is 32 USD roughly (even McFarlane)
and then if it is bought over Ebay it is often that much plus another 30 to 60 CAD for their out of control shipping charges, and even buying on Ebay from Canada they charge an enormous tax now which I think they didn't even a few months or years ago, but now they add that on too (and I'm not sure much of the funds even reach the seller based on conversations I've had, so Ebay is taking a major cut in various ways and who knows how much Ebay is extracting from their calculations and miscalculations).
I've been so impressed by figures that are even 10 to 20 to even 30 years old and older now as compared to some of the things that are being produced now and sold for crazy prices. In many cases I've seen figures that are a lot lower priced for one reason or another that are way better looking on display and even have better posing abilities than others sold for much more based on how much they think people will be willing to pay for something they've been made desperate for, and I've seen other figures of exactly the same quality as overpriced figures sell for way less because they can't convince anyone to buy those figures
(like Reeva and very often African appearance female characters, which combines all the things apparently that many boys and men don't really feel they can "play as" or feel like, so usually those figures end up on sale no matter how awesome they are like Deadpool's MCU realistic Domino figure, but there are so many examples of failed "ethnic" "female" figures that end up on the shelves for only a few dollars and are constantly on sale, including in the Star Wars Black Series, though unfortunately that name doesn't cause the majority of those figures to be 20 dollars each, and very often Star Wars Black Series figures, even just very bland, practically colorless ones and re-colorings end up costing 70 to 100 CAD and over in the after market after their brief runs).
I dislike that so many things seem to be going backwards in the worst ways, that figures and films from over 20 and especially 30 years and over are appearing much nicer and more enjoyable than so much being sold now when these companies are richer than ever and more capable of easily providing to the masses much higher quality things, and this is when the paying customers are being ripped off and given terrible things, every industry has apparently gone down hill, every element of film and film production, every department, the writing, the stories, the cinematography, the sound, is terrible compared to some earlier things, so terrible that it almost becomes unwatchable in how dark or bad it looks or how terrible the sound quality is and the people are just mumbling and their dialogue is as though it was written by someone who doesn't understand anything or think about anything, and they are all just standing in front of green screens and blue screens even when their backgrounds are so dull and ordinary and could have easily been fabricated for a lower cost than what they claim they are paying for the CGI they use for everything, it is like they are burning money on purpose in order to launder it and for some kind of tax evasion and fraud and the audiences just watch the half-hearted crappy consequential necessities from some big scam being pulled in broad daylight (and that is what it probably actually is, which is why there is a sense that something terribly wrong is happening).
