I love that Arabic beat made my Latin body move don't know what they were saying but just goes to show you don't need to know the language to understand music reminds me of a Iranian singer you must react to named MOHSEN YEGANEH - behet ghol midan (I promise you) beautiful ❤ song, amazing acoustic guitars on stage with his friends you're going to love it❣
Thats normal for the mix In the latin America there is over than 8millions Lebanese Plus we add Spain 200k And we add Braziil 13M lebanese Thats why there is a lot of blends with arabic specially Lebanese and Hispanic/Portuguese
Love your authentic analysis. sometimes it's not possible to translate a lyrics from one language to another. this song is one of them. u accurately hit on many points... basically she's expressing her love to her lover, that he's as sweet as can be, & she would do anything for him. bc she's crazy about him...
Heya, Rosalie! My absolute favorite part of this channel, is when you get lost (i.e. absorbed) into the music you're reacting to! I love the vibe that creates! And I adore your positive energy and your wholistic "we are all one" attitude! Thank you for sharing your vast musical knowledge and appreciation with all of us. You truly do make the world smaller and kinder by sharing your smiles and laughter (and your effervescent dancing energy - haha) here on UA-cam. Thank you, my friend. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!! Hugs!! xo 🤗💗✨
This is exactly why I love your channel so much. You know, even if I'm, at my age, certainly not a member of her target group the music get's to me. I caught myself tapping my feet listening to that song😉💛. It also got me to wonder why we westerners seem to shut ourselves off from music of eastern or african backgrounds. There is obviously so much beautiful music out there that goes totally unrecognized by so many people because we seem to be so enclosed in our own western music bubble. Thankfully due to the internt and people like you we are able to hear what else is out there and maybe find new (music-) loves. Keep on going and exploring the music of the world please and take us along on the ride.
Gosh i love this song SOOO MUCHHHHHH just like she mentioned in the song “mangoes and apples” i feel like this song is like a cocktail i can feel latin music, arabic music with a huge indian-pakistani influence and the last part kinda american texas cowboy rhythm it just gives you everything! Btw nancy has one of the strongest vocal ranges among the celebrities in the Arab world.. but I understand that you are not familiar with those type of songs but if you’re interested you can listen to “enta eyh” and also “mistanyak” which is the most viewed live performance DONT BE LATE ON US ARABS!❤️❤️❤️😂 so much love
Definitely had more than just Arabic influence. I would listen to more music from other parts of the world, if it was more readily available. Again I highly recommend Now United "Wave Your Flag" and Allfy Rev "Wonderland Indonesia 1".
