And that's why I don't do dubs.... Wrong or totally cringe "translations" (read: just stick in anything, so long as the words match the mouth movements and can be said to be "following" the script in some whimsical fashion or other). And sounding like first-time read throughs; little to no emotional investment in the character or their personality.
And this is why I choose a shield and a sword (or whichever one handed weapons) over two (handed) weapon(s).
Many prefer damage over defense, unless of course your damage is low.

Y'know throughout this anime I'm surprised someone doesn't attempt to make a build with beating maple in mind it's obvious she just goes full defense so I feel like someone can make an anti defense build to kill her her hp can't be that high unless both health and defense get boosted under the same stat in this game

@@housseinbalouza8125 then that's just bad game design and the only reason maples playstyle works it surprises me more people haven't just mimicked her to the point the game is nothing but maples and honestly the nerfs should've just been making defense stats work less than intended or better yet add more weapons and items designed to reduce or negate vitality such as reducing their stats to level 1 or just simply having weapons and skills that ignore sheilds and reduce health there's lots of answers to maples playstyle which is honestly something they should've seen coming with how they designed the vitality stat
@@spirittail4958 im gonna be honest i dont really know much about game design but they did add the armour piercing effect in the game after the first event
@@spirittail4958 also its incredibly hard to mimick her build there is multiple passives and easter eggs that close to no one knows about that gives her those boosts like 2 passives that give her 4x vitality
@@housseinbalouza8125 yes but throughout the show as far as I know only one person ever uses this sort of affect against maple (I believe it's the guy in the rainbow armor who is in the top 3 during this event) and yet it dosent seem to do much of anything they should've either made more weapon's have armor pricing capabilities or just simply add more skills that ignore defense and have after effects to increase the amount of damage done or just nerf vitality in general
