Honestly as someone who's interested in games but not very skilled/experienced with them one of my favorite things about Smosh Games is how many of them are usually not "experts" in most of the games. It creates a lot more of a chill vibe I think because they're not taking any of it *too* seriously. I especially love seeing when they learn a game for the first time and would definitely watch a vid where Spencer and Alex teach Shayne MTG!
I would love to see a fun commander sesh. Idk how many views they'd get since its outside the norm for smosh games. But I think a one off would be worth it!

I really think that a full gameplay of the duo Alex/Spencer of some videogame is something that the people would really be into. I guess numbers-wise is not the best idea and that it would be very time consuming and hard to schedule with all the other things going on in the games channel, but maybe it's something that can be tried with a somewhat small game that doesn't take many hours to beat. A few videos of edited gameplay of just these two guys talking and having fun sounds delightful :)
My theory was in between yours. Just cynical. That they do that so only couple want to share room so people on business trips are not comfortable sharing rooms so they get more rooms booked.

Commentators could be Statler and Waldorf in a balcony, imagine Amanda and Angela as those two grumps hehe. You could have them in another room with a green screen balcony, but have them watching the cast play a game live on a monitor that’s lower so it’s like they are looking down and squinting as old men. Imagine playing around with them and having their comments blasted loudly during the game, or put noise cancelling headphones on one/both of them and have them try to explain the game. Of course you could set them up for a smosh theater thing… but Amanda and Angela are GOLD with improv and interacting with others live. I love hearing Alex’s ideas and his excitement. Good to see the two masterminds behind Games together and how much they truly live and love the content they curate.

It was so fun to have Alex on the podcast and have him and Spencer talk about boardgames. He talks in such a calm but exited way, its really enjoyable to listen to him. Hope see more of this trio on the pod!
Commentators could be Statler and Waldorf in a balcony, imagine Amanda and Angela as those two grumps hehe. You could have them in another room with a green screen balcony, but have them watching the cast play a game live on a monitor that’s lower so it’s like they are looking down and squinting as old men. Imagine playing around with them and having their comments blasted loudly during the game, or put noise cancelling headphones on one/both of them and have them try to explain the game. Of course you could set them up for a smosh theater thing… but Amanda and Angela are GOLD with improv and interacting with others live. I love hearing Alex’s ideas and his excitement. Good to see the two masterminds behind Games together and how much they truly live and love the content they curate.
