- Welcome November, and to a month filled with coziness, warmth, candles, beautiful nature, knitting and dog cuddles. My way of cooping with November darkness is by embracing HYGGE. You are SO welcome to join in on the hygge-wonderfulness with me!
My Bread Recipe (3 breads):
1300 dl water (luke warm)
1 dl sunflower oil
1 dl bread syrup
2 ts salt
8 gram dry yeast
500 gram Spelt fine
500 gram Spelt whole grains
300 gram Wheat whole grains
200 gram Wheat all purpose
*
Mix well. Let dough rest for at least an hour and double in size.
Bake at the bottom of preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
Take the bread out of the forms straight away to avoid condense. Bake for another 5 min if the crust is soft.
Enjoy!

Happy knitting :)
It's so nice that you take your knitting projects whenever you go.
I love doing that☺️ And it gives me way more knitting time!
Thank you for these videos ❤ I have very bad seasonal depression, and watching these makes me feel comforted
Amazing sky, beautiful knits and yummy bread.. Happy HYGGE and Thank you
Such pretty colors in the test knit sweater. Billy sure has the life! Thank you for this lovely video. So interesting.
So cozy. ❤ the sight of your pupper dog blissed out on your partner's chest was so sweet!
Thank you Ina for Part 2. I cleared my screen as soon as I saw it. The bread looks delicious too. Enjoy, Eileen
Thank you for the bred recipe. My Mormor used to make it and of course, no one wrote it down. Now my children can have it.

Thank you 💖
For 19 years, November has been a difficult month, your Hygge videos, new and old, always bring smiles and anticipation. I enjoy watching you knit and seeing what you are knitting and later when finished. And, I love Billy’s coat, I’ll be looking for a similar pattern for my two dogs. Many thanks!
Takk for en koselig strikkestund 🥰
I love your videos, thank you!💜
Your spelt bread looked fabulous and your mixer looks amazing! I assume you guys get buried in snow soon for the rest of winter? Lovely Vlog and very Hygge, thank you, Ina! 🎄🫖☕️
Thank you! 🥰 We hope to get a lot of snow, but the winters varies here. Some periodes are freezing cold with snow, others mild and rainy. We just have to embrace the winter whatever it brings!
That was a lovely start to my day. Thank you Ina. ❤
Beautiful ❤
realy peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable moments in Autumn ❤ 😊
Ina, loved your bread making. When you did the Hygge series a few years ago you made some buns that looked so good and so healthy. You added cottage cheese and nuts I think and maybe oatmeal. I always wished for that recipe. Could you ever share it with us if you know what I’m writing about. I remember you served them cut in half with jam
Sure! I´ll look it up and include the recipe in a future video (and try to remember to write it down as a comment here too :-)
Tusen takk for Hygge stund❤ Det brødet så nydelig ut😋 Fortsatt god November☕️🧶
Takk! Og god november videre til deg også🥰
Lovely video!
Takk 🥰
Thank you for sharing your week with us. That sky is beautiful.
❤
Such a pleasure to watch. That sunset was gorgeous. We have had a few beautiful sunrises here in Arizona as of late.
I absolutely love these videos. So nice to see you making bread too. I love to make bread. Will you make cookies?
Yes! We will bake cookies later in November😊
So lovely to see the beautiful area you live in Ina. Thanks for sharing such a warm & cosy vlog. ❤
Billy is always so Hygge! Lovely video. 😊
Thank you so much for these Inspirations and beautiful moments ☺️
Thank you, Ina, for this peaceful video. The bread looks yummy❤️
Very lovely cabled light brown mittens, what is the pattern ? Thanks for sharing Hygge with us !
Frosty Path Mitts by Julia Pehl 🤗
Thank you ! @@InaKnits
What a lovely video, Ina. Billy blissed out on your partner - so precious! I fail at breadmaking everytime. You’ve inspired me to try again. What is the name of the electric mixer you use? Looks like an amazing kitchen tool.
Thanks Sherie❤️ The electric mixer is Ankarsrum. I use it a lot for doughs and batters, making whipped cream etc.
Tusen takk for lys i mørketiden❤️
This was exactly what I needed, being in bed with the flue. This was so cozy and relaxing, love it. Can I ask you what sort of dog you have? He really looks like my dog I had as a child, it was a Maltezer Shih Tzu.
Thank you💕 Billy is a Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka, which is a breed that origins from Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso and Bichon Frisé😀
Thank you for a peace filled video, as I grieve the loss of my mini-schnauzer Moses it took my mind and heart to a healing place. Made me want to make spelt bread , would that malt syrup be the same as molasses? Thank you Ina♥️
I´m so sorry for your loss❤️ I'm not familiar with molasses, but I think malt syrup is made of barley or wheat -probably mixed with syrup/sugar. You could for sure use honey or dark syrup instead. Good luck with the baking! 😘
Lovely video. What are the white berries on the bush I’ve seen a couple of times?
We call them "Snøbær" in Norwegian, and I think the English name might be Snowberry😊
