Takk for en koselig strikkestund 😊
I absolutely love the winter months. Summer is always so busy with the garden. Therefore, I cherish these extra hours during the colder months to read good books, knit socks and blankets, bake sour dough bread- mine is a 3 day process- and last but not least, clean out my closets to declutter all the unnecessary stuff. Sadly, our Labrador isn't with us anymore this winter, and we miss her terribly. But I also miss the long walks through the woods. It just isn't the same without her. Now we have 2 kitties who adopted us, but they don't go for walks....I always look forward to winter with colder weather because the summer heat doesn't quite agree with me. Try to enjoy these cozy, long evenings sitting by a nice 🔥fire❤
Thank you for your lovely comment❤️ I too enjoy all seasons for their particular qualities and benefits. We usually don’t have too much heat during summer, but lots of daylight and only a few hours of darkness around summer solstice, so it’s tempting to spend as much time as possible outdoors gardening, hiking etc. Therefore I appreciate the darker colder months when it feels more appropriate to cuddle up indoors instead😊 So sorry about your dog. Labradors are just wonderful, I grew up with one. So precious dogs❤️
Thank you so much for your kind response. I find it amazing how people from all over the world connect thanks to UTube channels. And when it comes really down to it, all creatures try to find some kind of comfort in their daily lives. In our case, that would be knitting, hiking, gardening, and other creative hobbies. I am currently enjoying the clean-up of fall leaves in our yard. Where do they come from? Didn't we already do this task last fall😂. I also love to write old-fashioned letters, which nowadays is a bit of a lost art. But it's such a treat to find a handwritten letter in the mailbox. And not only bills. I grew up in Switzerland and now live in Virginia, in the USA. All the best to you❤
Thank you for posting videos again Ina ! I have missed you ! Did you include the recipe for your Spelt bread ? I would love to give it a try !

Aww, thank you so much, Stacie, for your kind words. Billy would love to meet your Maltese cutie, his two best friends are just as you describe her🥰 Take care!
Still works its magic even in a springly march weekend! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Happy to hear🥰
Thanks so much for sharing 💗 Love October and November 💙🩵❄️
Wonderful, me too🙌🏻🍁🍂
My least favorite month is January which starts 12/26 and lasts forever. Like you, I've tried to change my attitude and snuggle into the dark with lots of knitting. Fact is, all the months are speeding by. Soon it will be the merry month of May, the best of all months.
I totally agree! January is like a second November for me, but with the right mindset they’re both quite enjoyable in their own way and seem to speedily pass by like any other month. And now it’s March already💓🌱☀️
Lovely blog! So pretty and calming. 🤗
A fun vlog, I'm putting a note in my diary for Nov 2024 to remember to work on creating 'hygge' every day too. (Maybe next Feb too since that's my most difficult month!) Thank you for a lovely time in Norway (& Stockholm) ☺
I love that you have taken inspiration to create you own hygge month🤗 Thank you so much!💕
Wonderful vlog! I love the dark, cold days.
They are beautiful indeed🥰
Lovely vlogs Ina.
I did watch them the first time & enjoyed them just as much the second time.✨💛✨
Thank you, I’m happy you did🥰

Hello Ina, Really fun vlog, I enjoyed it very much. But can you give us the recipe for the bread, it sure looks good.
Thank you! I sure can🙌🏻
My Bread Recipe (3 breads):
1300 dl water (luke warm)
1 dl sunflower oil
1 dl bread syrup
2 ts salt
8 gram dry yeast
500 gram Spelt fine
500 gram Spelt whole grains
300 gram Wheat whole grains
200 gram Wheat all purpose
*
Mix well. Let dough rest for at least an hour and double in size.
Bake at the bottom of preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
Take the bread out of the forms straight away to avoid condense. Bake for another 5 min if the crust is soft.
Enjoy!
Takk for en kjempekoselig episode 🥰
