Regardless of whether or not we like to admit, we are ALL influenced by big brands! Particularly as it relates to football boots, the history, the technology, the marketing, the popularity, it all has an impact on which boots we choose to buy. For those same reasons, there are certain boots that many would NEVER consider, even though they should!
In today's video we take a closer look at the Skechers Razor in the latest Trench Pack colorway. Skechers 1st high-level "speed" boots, that like many of their products, got labelled as a "copy" of a Nike boot. But is that actually true? Have we been to harsh on Skechers and their entry into the world of high-end football boots? We take a closer look at the details and discuss where the Razor ranks amongst the much more popular options in the "speed" category. All shoes are copies of others, there is no real innovation as long as the foot is still shaped like it is. People just hate on Skechers because their walking shoes are cheaply made.
I wore Nikes for years and the fit is horrible.

Review some alders. Reputable company, ship worldwide, and their boots are amazing. Arguably better than Mizuno in certain models. The only con is the biggest size the produce is 10.5 US

Hey Jambalaya, are you going to review the Under Armour Shadow Pro cleats? Several colorways have come and gone. There are only like two reviews and a couple comments that they are like the OG Hypervenoms, which I kind of doubt. Maybe you could compare them.

As a footwear developer, I despise Skechers and how they conduct their footwear business. However, hearing your review and knowing your slight negative bias towards Skechers, these shoes might be actually impressive enough to try... you're causing a lot of internal conflict here Joseph

I'm not sure anyone is white knighting for Nike. As in they are upset on Nike's behalf. I think it's more just taking issue with Sketchers lack of originality and their own distinct identity. It makes Sketchers seem lazy, uncreative, and lacking an identity.

The football market is targeted at Europe where the game is most countries first sport… so should be able to understand why it’s available here first and not in the states where football plays 5th fiddle to something you can football which is played with your hands, hockey, baseball and basketball…
But the bias against sketchers does show through massively
