- Every one of you has helped give me the strength to keep moving forward. This whole process has been really difficult. Especially in the past 6 months where my rapid health decline was startling to us all. Thank you to my family, friends and community who helped me fight on. Thank you to the specialists and doctors who listened and helped me understand what was happening, what medical testing to do, and what steps to take next. Thank you to the surgical team and staff at the Mumbai hospital that took such good care of me and helped me feel value and dignity even at my most vulnerable. Thank you to my loving partner who stayed and helped me every day and every night while I was in hospital.
Recorded on my last day in hospital (Day 6)
