How to assembe IKEA LÖNSET bed base

How to assemble Ikea LÖNSET slatted bed base without hassle and in no time at all? The job is pretty straightforward, even if you don't have experience, it shouldn't take you no longer than an hour to complete it.
Ikea LÖNSET slats keep your mattress in place, they also have comfort zones which adjust to your body weight and increase the suppleness of the mattress.
Ikea also offers LUROY slatted bad base, which is 3 times cheaper. I used it in Ikea Malm bed I built over 4 years ago. Personally, I haven't noticed much difference between LURÖY and LÖNSET, they both do a good job.

Two screw on the end of the strap, once you have folded it over, is much much stronger.

Could be where the rails meet. Try adding a thin rubber washer to each screw.
